Description
Claims (16)
- 高電圧環境下で電気パラメータを測定するセンサーであって、
高電圧コンダクタに接続するための高電圧側(4)と、低電圧電力供給部及び低電圧信号測定制御回路に接続するための低電圧側(6)と、測定信号回路(16)と、電力供給回路(14)と、前記低電圧側及び前記高電圧側の間で電力供給及び/又は測定信号を伝送するための少なくともひとつの分離型変圧器(18、20)とを備え、
前記分離型変圧器が、第一と第二の変圧器コア体(28、28'、28''、28''')と、前記第一の変圧器コア体の高電圧側分岐部(27、27'、27''、27''')を取り囲む回路基板上に回路線部によって形成される変圧器コイル(33、33'、33''、33''')と、前記第二の変圧器コア体の低電圧側分岐部(29、29'、29''、29''')を取り囲む回路基板上に回路線部によって形成される変圧器コイル(32、32'、32''、32''')と、前記第二の変圧器コア体の前記高電圧側分岐部と前記第一の変圧器コア体の前記低電圧側分岐部の双方を取り囲む中間コイル(34、36;34'、36';34''、36'';34'''、36''')を具備する高電圧環境用センサー。 - 前記中間コイルが、回路基板上に形成されている請求項1記載のセンサー。
- 前記変圧器コイルが第一の回路基板上に形成され、前記中間コイルが前記第一回路基板から分離する第二の回路基板上に形成されている請求項2記載のセンサー。
- 前記第一及び第二回路基板が、前記変圧器コア体の分岐部を貫通させるための開孔又は切り抜き(46、48)を備える請求項3記載のセンサー。
- 前記各変圧器コア体が、少なくとも2つの部位の組立体である請求項1、2、3、又は4記載のセンサー。
- 少なくともふたつの前記変圧器コア体が同じである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記変圧器コア体が、略矩形のフェライト部品で形成される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記各変圧器コア体が、U字形部とその変圧器コア体を閉状態にする第二の略直線部とで構成される請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記各変圧器コア体が、第一のU字形部と、第二のU字形部とで構成される請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記各変圧器コア体が、少なくともひとつのE字形部で構成される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 単数又は複数の前記変圧器コア体が、前記高電圧側又は前記低電圧側で接地され、若しくは前記高電圧側の電圧と前記低電圧側の電圧との中間値である基準電圧に電気接続されている請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記変圧器コア体を固定する手段が導電性をもち、かつ、前記基準電圧に接続されている請求項11記載のセンサー。
- 前記回路基板上に形成される前記コイルが、その回路基板の複数の層上の回路線部で形成されている請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記電力供給回路が前記低電圧側から前記高電圧側へ電力を送電するための第一の前記分離型変圧器を具備し、前記測定信号回路が第二の前記分離型変圧器を具備する請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記測定信号回路が、前記高電圧側(4)にマンチェスタ符号器(19)を具備する請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
- 前記電力供給回路がその電力供給回路の電圧の制御及び/又は調整をするため、前記低電圧側(6)に調整巻線(37)を具備する請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のセンサー。
