Claims (4)
- 無変調高周波の入力信号を増幅する電力増幅器と、
前記電力増幅器の入力端子側に設けられ、信号を取り出す第1の分波器と、
前記電力増幅器の出力端子側に設けられ、信号を取り出す第2の分波器と、
前記第1の分波器からの信号及び第2の分波器からの信号を混合するミキサと、
前記ミキサの出力信号から前記入力信号の周波数帯の成分を取り除く低域通過フィルタと、
前記低域通過フィルタの出力信号から直流成分を取り除く高域通過フィルタと、
信号を取り出す検波器と、
を備える増幅器。 - 前記電力増幅器は、
増幅素子を複数備える多段増幅器である請求項1記載の増幅器。 - 無変調高周波の入力信号を増幅する第1の電力増幅器と、
前記第1の電力増幅器の入力端子側に設けられ、信号を取り出す第1の分波器と、
前記第1の電力増幅器に縦続し、前記第1の電力増幅器の出力信号を増幅する第2の電力増幅器と、
前記第1の電力増幅器の出力端子側と前記第2の電力増幅器の入力端子側の間に設けられ、信号を取り出す第2の分波器と、
前記第1の分波器からの信号及び第2の分波器からの信号を混合するミキサと、
前記ミキサの出力信号から前記入力信号の周波数帯の成分を取り除く低域通過フィルタと、
前記低域通過フィルタの出力信号から直流成分を取り除く高域通過フィルタと、
信号を取り出す検波器と、
を備える増幅器。 - 前記分波器は、
方向性結合器である請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の増幅器。
