Description
1 三次元構造の表面と裏面の発泡体層とを有するコンパクトカバー層を備える、特に自動車の内装トリムのエアバッグカバー用の熱可塑性フィルム(1)であって、前記フィルムが、成形加工ステップにおいて、構成要素の形状に対応する支持体に付与され、これにより、前記構成要素の形状を受け入れる熱可塑性フィルム(1)において、
前記カバー層(2)が、外層(3)と、前記発泡体層に隣接する内層(4)とを備える少なくとも2層形態のものであり、前記カバー層の前記内層(4)、および前記発泡体層(5)が、前記カバー層の前記外層(3)の破断伸びよりも著しく低い破断伸びを有することを特徴とする熱可塑性フィルム(1)。
2 破壊に対する前記内層(4)の前記破断伸びが、それぞれの原寸の長手方向では600%以下であり、横方向では500%以下であることを特徴とする1に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
3 破壊に対する前記内層(4)の前記破断伸びが、前記それぞれの原寸の前記長手方向では500%以下、好ましくは400%以下であり、前記横方向では400%以下、好ましくは300%以下であることを特徴とする2に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
4 前記長手方向のおよび前記横方向の前記内層(4)の耐破断性が、8〜25MPa、好ましくは10〜15MPaであることを特徴とする1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
5 前記コンパクトカバー層の前記個々の層(3、4)が、0.2〜0.6mmの厚さ、好ましくは0.2〜0.4mmの厚さをそれぞれ有することを特徴とする1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
6 破壊に対する前記発泡体層(5)の前記破断伸びが、それぞれの原寸の長手方向では400%以下であり、横方向では300%以下であることを特徴とする1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
7 破壊に対する前記発泡体層(5)の前記破断伸びが、前記それぞれの原寸の前記長手方向では300%以下、好ましくは200%以下であり、前記横方向では200%以下、好ましくは150%以下であることを特徴とする6に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
8 前記発泡体層(5)が0.5〜4mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
9 前記発泡体層(5)が、40〜300kg/m3の密度、好ましくは40〜200kg/m3の密度を有することを特徴とする1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
10 1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性フィルムが設けられた自動車用の内装トリム部品、好ましくはダッシュボードであって、前記カバーフィルムが、少なくともエアバッグカバーの領域でまたは前記エアバッグカバーの開裂縫い目の領域で多層形態である内装トリム部品。

Claims (17)
- 三次元構造の表面と裏面の発泡体層とを有するコンパクトカバー層を備える、自動車の内装トリムのエアバッグカバー用の熱可塑性フィルム(1)であって、
前記熱可塑性フィルムが、成形加工ステップにおいて、構成要素の形状に対応する支持体に付与され、これにより、前記構成要素の形状を受け入れる熱可塑性フィルム(1)において、
前記コンパクトカバー層(2)が、外層(3)と、前記発泡体層に隣接する内層(4)とを備える少なくとも2層形態のものであり、前記コンパクトカバー層の前記内層(4)、および前記発泡体層(5)が、前記コンパクトカバー層の前記外層(3)の破断伸びよりも低い破断伸びを有するとともに、
前記外層(3)が、エアバッグの展開中に開裂する弱化構造を有しておらず、
破壊に対する前記内層(4)の前記破断伸びが、それぞれの原寸の長手方向では600%以下であり、横方向では500%以下であり、そして
前記外層(3)および内層(4)がどちらも約ショアA60〜ショアD50のショア硬度を有する装飾層であることを特徴とする熱可塑性フィルム。 - 破壊に対する前記内層(4)の前記破断伸びが、前記それぞれの原寸の前記長手方向では500%以下であり、前記横方向では400%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 破壊に対する前記内層(4)の前記破断伸びが、前記長手方向では400%以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 破壊に対する前記内層(4)の前記破断伸びが、前記横方向では300%以下であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記長手方向のおよび前記横方向の前記内層(4)の耐破断性が、8〜25MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記長手方向のおよび前記横方向の前記内層(4)の耐破断性が、10〜15MPaであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記コンパクトカバー層の前記個々の層(3、4)が、0.2〜0.6mmの厚さをそれぞれ有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記コンパクトカバー層の前記個々の層(3、4)が、0.2〜0.4mmの厚さをそれぞれ有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 破壊に対する前記発泡体層(5)の前記破断伸びが、それぞれの原寸の長手方向では400%以下であり、横方向では300%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 破壊に対する前記発泡体層(5)の前記破断伸びが、前記それぞれの原寸の前記長手方向では300%以下であり、前記横方向では200%以下であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 破壊に対する前記発泡体層(5)の前記破断伸びが、前記長手方向では200%以下であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 破壊に対する前記発泡体層(5)の前記破断伸びが、前記横方向では150%以下であることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記発泡体層(5)が0.5〜4mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記発泡体層(5)が、40〜300kg/m3の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 前記発泡体層(5)が、40〜200kg/m 3 の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の熱可塑性フィルム。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルムが設けられた自動車用の内装トリム部品であって、前記カバーフィルムが、少なくともエアバッグカバーの領域でまたは前記エアバッグカバーの開裂縫い目の領域で多層形態である内装トリム部品。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性フィルムが設けられた自動車用のダッシュボードであって、前記カバーフィルムが、少なくともエアバッグカバーの領域でまたは前記エアバッグカバーの開裂縫い目の領域で多層形態であるダッシュボード。
