Claims (16)
- 例えば自動車の内装カバー用の、圧刻加工された3次元構造化表面(2)を外側の外層に有する熱可塑性シート(1)であって、
前記シートが工程の成形ステップで構成要素の形状に対応する支持部に貼り付けられ、これによって、前記シートに前記構成要素の形状が付与され、
前記シートが、前記シートの下側で発泡体シートの形態をとり、
前記シートの下側が前記支持部に対向し、
前記外層が発泡層(3)の形態をとり、前記外層の層厚にわたって変化しかつ前記表面に向かって上昇する発泡体密度(6)を有することを特徴とする熱可塑性シート。 - 例えば自動車の内装カバー用の、圧刻加工された3次元構造化表面(2)を有する熱可塑性シートであって、
前記シートが工程の成形ステップで構成要素の形状に対応する支持部に貼り付けられ、これによって、前記シートに前記構成要素の形状が付与され、
前記シートが発泡層(10)の形態の単一層構造を有し、
前記発泡層が、前記シートの層厚にわたって変化しかつ前記シートの下側から前記シートの前記表面に向かって上昇する発泡体密度(11)を有することを特徴とする熱可塑性シート。 - 前記シートが、前記外側の外層を含むオーバシート(3)と、積層によって貼り付けられた発泡アンダシート(4)とから構成され、前記オーバシート(3)が発泡層の形態をとり、前記オーバシートの層厚(5)にわたって変化しかつ前記外層の前記表面に向かって上昇する発泡体密度(6)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記シートが、熱可塑性オレフィン(TPO)又はポリオレフィン混合物から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記シートがポリプロピレンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記シートがポリエチレンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記ポリエチレンが、2.0g/10分を超えるメルトフローインデックスを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記圧刻工程の前の前記シートの表面密度が、100〜600g/lであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記圧刻工程の前の前記シートの表面密度が、250〜400g/lであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記シートの前記表面のゲル含有量が20〜80%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記シートの前記表面のゲル含有量が30〜60%であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 前記圧刻ステップの前に、前記シートの前記表面が密閉気孔型であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の熱可塑性シート。
- 請求項3に記載の、圧刻加工された3次元構造化表面を外側の外層に有する熱可塑性シートを製造するための方法において、前記シートの発泡、又は前記シートの層の発泡、例えば前記オーバシートの発泡が、前記シート又は前記シートの層の押出中に発泡剤及び架橋剤の添加を介して行われる方法。
- 請求項1又は3に記載の、圧刻加工された3次元構造化表面を外側の外層に有する熱可塑性シートを製造するための方法において、前記外層の前記表面の前記発泡体密度の増加が圧刻ステップ中に行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3に記載の、圧刻加工された3次元構造化表面を外側の外層に有する熱可塑性シートを製造するための方法において、前記オーバシートの発泡が、前記オーバシートの押出中に発泡剤及び架橋剤の添加を介して行われ、
前記オーバシートを前記アンダシートに貼り付けるための積層が圧刻ステップ中に行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 積層による前記オーバシートの貼付中に、前記アンダシートが初期発泡された形態ですでに存在していることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
