Description
1、構造が簡単で、生産製造がしやすい。
2、放熱性がよく、省エネであるという特徴。
図9に示すように、圧迫により直径を減少する方法により、金属パイプ7を支持円柱6111の外側にスリーブ接続させ、即ち、金属パイプ7と正極支持体611は正極を形成する。
図10及び図11に示すように、ランプ芯柱8はねじ部により、熱シール材が塗布されているねじ柱6123と緊密に接続し、金属パイプ7及びランプ芯柱8の間には熱伝達シール材が充填され、即ち、ランプ芯柱8と負極支持座612は負極を形成し、且つ正極と負極の間は絶縁で熱伝達性のものである。
図12に示すように、ランプ芯2の凹溝内にはシール材が底面にある。
ここまでで、ランプ芯2の取り付けが完了する。
図13に示すように、照明灯3のボトル口から一定量の高熱伝達性シリコーンオイルが充填されている。
図14及び15に示すように、ランプ芯2を照明灯3に入れ、密封装置でランプ凹溝と照明灯カバー3のボトル口を圧着して密封し、このように熱伝達用シリコーンオイルを照明灯カバー3内に密封し、この際広角度LED光源を完全に高導熱性のシリコーンオイル内に浸し、レンズ62を機械プレスの方式により組み立て、これにより広角度LED光源にはシリコーンオイルが進入しない。
図16に示すように、駆動用電源収納部5と、照明灯カバー3を差し込み方式で接続し、ランプ芯2の正負極と駆動用電源の正負極を接続させる。
図17に示すように、駆動用電源収納部5と、ランプ口金1は連結され、駆動電源の正負極とランプ口金1の正負極は接続する。

Claims (12)
- 液冷式LED照明灯であって、
ランプ口金(1)、ランプ芯(2)及び照明灯カバー(3)を含み、前記照明灯カバー(3)はランプ芯(2)の外周を覆い、且つ照明灯カバー(3)の空洞内には熱伝達用シリコ−ンオイル(4)が充填され、前記ランプ芯(2)の 一端を熱伝達用シリコ−ンオイル(4)内に浸し、前記ランプ芯(2)のもう一端において、前記照明灯カバー(3)とランプ口金(1)とが密封するように連結され、
前記ランプ芯(2)は多角灯柱(21)を含み、上記多角灯柱(21)は中空の多角灯柱であり、上記多角灯柱のそれぞれの側面上には複数の孔があり、
前記ランプ芯(2)はさらに連結部品(22)を含み、
前記多角灯柱(21)はアルミベース回路基板が囲んで形成する多角灯柱であり、前記多角灯柱(21)の一端の頂面とそれぞれの側面には、複数のLED発光チップがアレイを形成し、前記多角灯柱のもう一端は連結部品(22)と連結し、前記連結部品(22)はランプ口金(1)と密封するように連結されている ことを特徴とする、前記液冷式LED照明灯。 - 前記シリコ−ンオイルの粘度係数は5〜800万センチパスカル秒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
- 前記シリコ−ンオイルの粘度係数は5〜5000センチパスカル秒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
- 前記シリコ−ンオイルは、メチルシリコ−ンオイル、エチルシリコ−ンオイル、フェニルシリコ−ンオイル、メチル水素含有シリコ−ンオイル、メチルフェニルシリコ−ンオイル、メチルクロロフェニルシリコ−ンオイル、メチルエトキシシリコ−ンオイル、メチルトリフルオロプロピルシリコ−ンオイル、メチルエチレンシリコ−ンオイル、メチルヒドロキシシリコ−ンオイル、エチル水素含有シリコ−ンオイル、ヒドロキシ水素含有シリコ−ンオイル及びシアン含有シリコ−ンオイルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
- 前記多角灯柱(21)の一部または全部が、前記シリコ−ンオイル(4)内に浸されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の前記液冷式LED照明灯。
- 液冷式LED照明灯であって、
ランプ口金(1)、ランプ芯(2)及び照明灯カバー(3)を含み、前記照明灯カバー(3)はランプ芯(2)の外周を覆い、且つ照明灯カバー(3)の空洞内には熱伝達用シリコ−ンオイル(4)が充填され、前記ランプ芯(2)の一端を熱伝達用シリコ−ンオイル(4)内に浸し、前記ランプ芯(2)のもう一端において、前記照明灯カバー(3)とランプ口金(1)とが密封するように連結され、
前記ランプ芯(2)は広角度LED光源(6)を含み、前記広角度LED光源(6)は導電性スタンド(61)、複数のLED発光チップ及びボンディングワイヤ(63)を含み、前記LED発光チップは前記ボンディングワイヤー(63)により導電性スタンド(61)と連結し、
前記導電性スタンド(61)は正極支持体(611)及び負極支持台座(612)を含み、前記正極支持体(611)及び前記負極支持台座(612)の間は絶縁され、
前記正極支持体(611)は直角柱形ヘッド部(6112)を含み、前記直角柱形ヘッド部(6112)の上面には、前記LED発光用チップが固定され、
前記負極支持台座(612)は直角柱形取付柱(6121)を含み、前記直角柱形取付柱(6121)のそれぞれの側面には、前記LED発光チップが固定されていることを特徴とする、前記液冷式LED照明灯。 - 前記広角度LED光源(6)はさらにレンズ(62)を含み、前記負極支持台座(612)は位置決め柱(6122)を含み、前記位置決め柱(6122)の上面にレンズ取付溝(61221)を設け、機械プレスの方式により前記レンズ(62)を前記レンズ取付溝(61221)に固定することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
- さらに駆動用電源収納部(5)を含み、前記ランプ芯(2)の一端は、前記駆動用電源収納部(5)を介して、ランプ口金(1)と連結されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
- 前記ランプ芯(2)はさらに金属パイプ(7)及びランプ芯柱(8)を含み、前記金属パイプ(7)とランプ芯柱(8)の間は絶縁しているものであり、前記金属パイプ(7)と前記正極支持体(611)は連結し、前記ランプ芯柱(8)及び前記負極支持台座(612)は連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
- 前記正極支持体(611)及び前記負極支持台座(612)との間は、射出成形の方式により組み立てることで絶縁させたものであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
- 前記直角柱形取付柱(6121)の直角柱は3〜10角柱中の任意のいずれかの直角柱であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
- 前記正極支持体(611)はさらに支持柱(6111)を含み、前記負極支持台座(612)中には、中空トンネル(6124)が設けられ、前記支持柱(6111)は前記中空トンネル(6124)を貫通し、前記直角柱形ヘッド部(6112)により前記直角柱形取付柱(6121)の上方に引掛かり、前記支持柱(6111)は前記負極支持台座(612)の下端から延伸することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の液冷式LED照明灯。
