Description
Hellma会社が製品名「Tray Cell」の下で、Implen会社が製品名「Label Guard」の下でマイクロリットル測定セルを販売し、それらの寸法は標準キュベットと同様でこれより多くの一般的な分光計において使用される。Hellma製のマイクロリットル測定セルはWO2005/114146A1に記載されている。分析するために、0,2mmの層厚の場合約1〜2マイクロリットルまたは1mmの層厚の場合3〜5マイクロリットルの分析される液体の1滴が測定窓の上部に加えられなければならない。測定室は蓋により閉じられる。測定光学の光線が放射線源から光線屈折および光ファイバ光導体をおよび蓋の鏡を介して試料を通ってセンサへ導かれる。
Claims (14)
- 2つの測定面(4,5)を有する少なくとも1つの挿入具(28)を備え、
前記挿入具はピペットチップ(28)であり、前記ピペットチップ(28)は一端に2つの測定面(4,5)を有し、前記一端は測定チップ(28)の他端(30)から間隔を置かれ、前記他端はピペットとの接続用に設計され、さらに、
光学測定装置のキュベット軸に挿入用のアダプタ(29)と、
キュベット軸を通過する光学測定装置の光路の測定面(4,5)間に試料が位置決めされるように測定面(4,5)が互いから分離距離で、前記アダプタ(29)に前記少なくとも1つのピペットチップを取り外し可能に保持する手段とを備え、
前記ピペットチップ(28)は面平行な平面の測定面(4,5)を有する2つの透明な平板(2,3)により内側に制限される底部開口部(31)を備え、平板(2,3)間の間隔距離領域は側方が閉ざされ、底部開口部(31)だけに開放され、
少なくとも1つの前記測定面(4,5)は親水性であり、
前記底部開口部(31)の全てが空間に開放された状態で光学測定されるのを許容する
