Description
Claims (3)
- 概ね円形の加工対象物(5)を円周方向に回転するためのローラコンベア(1)であって、前記ローラコンベア(1)は、2つの支持部材(2)を備え、各支持部材(2)は、頂部ローラ(3)および底部ローラ(4)を含み、前記ローラ(3、4)は、同じ円周方向に同時に起こる機械駆動用に適合されるローラコンベア(1)において、
加工対象物が搭載動作にあるとき、前記支持部材(2)は、互いから離れる方向に開くように配置され、
各頂部ローラは電動クラッチに連結され、前記電動クラッチは、前記加工対象物が搭載動作にあるとき、前記頂部ローラ(3)が前記同時に起こる機械駆動から解放されるように適合され、かつ、前記頂部ローラ(3)が円周方向に回転し、その円周方向は同じローラコンベア(1)内で反対側の頂部ローラー(3)へ向かって指向しており、両方の頂部ローラの前記電動クラッチは同時に係合して、両方の頂部ローラー(3)は同時に反対方向へ回転し、
前記電動クラッチの制御は、操作者により手動で制御盤もしくは遠隔制御を通して、またはコンピュータにより自動的に実行可能であることを特徴とするローラコンベア(1)。 - 前記電動クラッチは、反対側の頂部ローラ(3)に向けられる円周方向(A)に、各頂部ローラ(3)も回転するように適合される、請求項1に記載のローラコンベア(1)。
- 請求項1または2に記載のローラコンベア(1)を少なくとも2つと、少なくとも1つの制御装置とを備えるローラコンベア・システムであって、変速装置が前記複数のローラコンベア(1)に連結されるローラコンベア・システム。
