Claims (8)
- 口腔内のガスおよび呼気の成分を分析するための装置であって、
外部の空気を濾過するための、シリカゲルおよび活性炭を充填したフィルタ(110)と;
前記フィルタ(110)内を通過した空気が流入されるよう連結される上部ポートと、左側連結ポート(121)を通じて流入される口腔内のガスおよび呼気ガスの流れを制御する、第1ソレノイド弁(120)と;
上記第1ソレノイド弁(120)の右側ポートに連結される第2ソレノイド弁(130)と;
上記第2ソレノイド弁(130)の下部ポートに一端が連結されるサンプリングループ(132)と;
上記サンプリングループ(132)の他端が下部ポートに連結され、上部ポートが上記第2ソレノイド弁(130)の上部ポートとバイパスチューブ(131)により連結される第3ソレノイド弁(140)と;
上記第3ソレノイド弁(140)の右側ポートから連結用チューブ(122)を通じて左側ポートが連結された第4ソレノイド弁(150)と;
上記第4ソレノイド弁(150)の上部ポートにスピードコントローラーが内蔵された上部バイパスチューブ(161)を介して上部ポートが連結された第5ソレノイド弁(160)と;
上記第4ソレノイド弁(150)の下部ポートに連結され口腔内のガスおよび呼気ガスおよび空気が順次に流入されるカラム(162)と;
上記カラム(162)に一端が連結されたセンサーが内蔵されたセンサーチャンバー(163)と;
上記センサーチャンバー(163)の他端に連結され、他の端は上記第5ソレノイド弁(160)に連結されスピードコントローラーが内蔵された下部バイパスチューブ(164)と;
上記第5ソレノイド弁(160)の後端に連結され口腔内のガスおよび呼気ガスと空気を吸入し外部に排出させる吸入ポンプ(170)と;
上記第1〜5ソレノイド弁(120、130、140、150,160)、センサーチャンバー(163)およびポンプ(170)に連結されこれらを制御する制御部(180)と;
上記制御部(180)から信号および演算処理されたガスの濃度を測定し結果を表示する表示装置(190)を含み、
上記制御部(180)はサンプリング段階および測定段階を制御し、
上記サンプリング段階で、
上記制御部(180)は、上記第1ソレノイド弁(120)から上部ポートを遮断し上記フィルター(110)から空気が流入されないようにし、
上記第1ソレノイド弁(120)の左側および右側ポートを開放し、
上記第2ソレノイド弁(130)の下部ポートを開放し、
上記第3ソレノイド弁(140)の下部および右側ポートを開放し、
上記第2および第3ソレノイド弁(130,140)の上部ポートは閉鎖し、
上記第4ソレノイド弁(150)および 上記第5ソレノイド弁(160)の上部を開放した状態で、上記吸入ポンプ(170)を作動させ口腔内のガスおよび呼気ガスがサンプリングループ(132)に流入されるようにし、
上記測定段階で、
上記制御部(180)は、上記第1ソレノイド弁(120)で上部ポートは開放し、上記第1ソレノイド弁(120)の左側ポートは閉鎖し外部の空気が流入されるようにし、
上記第2ソレノイド弁(130)の下部ポートを開放し、
上記第3ソレノイド弁(140)の下部および右側ポートを解放し、
上記第2および第3ソレノイド弁(130,140)の上部ポートは閉鎖し、
上記第4ソレノイド弁(150)および第5ソレノイド弁(160)の上部を閉鎖し、
上記第4ソレノイド弁(150)の下部ポートを開放した状態で、上記吸入ポンプ(170)を作動させ口腔内のガスおよび呼気ガスを上記カラム(162)を通過し上記センサーチェンバー(163)に流入されるようにすることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1〜第5のソレノイド弁およびポンプの動作を制御するための、前記第1〜第5のソレノイド弁およびポンプに接続されたハードウェア制御ユニットと;
センサー信号を検出するために必要な電力を供給するための、前記センサーチャンバーのセンサーに接続されたセンサー制御ユニットと;
前記センサー信号を得た後に前記ガスの種類および濃度を判定するための、前記センサーチャンバーのセンサーに接続された信号計算ユニットと;
を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記カラムの温度を維持および制御するためのヒーター、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ヒーターの温度が既定の速度で上昇および低下するように前記ヒーターを制御するための、前記制御ユニット内の前記ヒーターに接続されたヒーター制御ユニット、
をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記口腔から収集されたガスの測定データと鼻から収集された前記呼気の測定データとが前記信号計算ユニットにおいて互いに比較され、測定データの差があらかじめ入力されているパターンと比較されて、口臭の原因が口腔疾患であるのか、あるいは内臓疾患であるのかが判定される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置を用いて口腔内のガスおよび呼気の成分を分析する方法であって、
ヒトまたは家畜の口腔または鼻腔から、前記口腔内のガスまたは呼気をサンプリングするステップと;
前記サンプリングしたガスをサンプリングループ内に保持するステップと;
フィルタから新鮮なキャリアガスを生成するステップと;
ポンプを用いて、前記生成したキャリアガスを吸入するステップと;
前記ポンプを用いて、前記収集したキャリアガスを前記サンプリングループ内に収集したガスとともに、ガスクロマトグラフィーカラム用の充填材料を充填したカラムに提供して、保持時間の差を利用してガス成分を互いに分離させ、ガスセンサーを用いて前記分離したガス成分の濃度を測定するステップと;
を含む方法。 - 前記口腔から収集された口臭ガスの測定データと鼻から収集された前記呼気の測定データとが互いに比較されて、口臭の原因が口腔疾患であるのか、あるいは内臓疾患であるのかが判定される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記呼気および口腔内のガスに含有される一酸化炭素の濃度が、前記ガスセンサーを用いて測定される、請求項6に記載の方法。
