Description
(式中、nは1、2又は3であり、mは0、1又は2であり、pは0又は1であり、但し、n+m+p=3であり、

R2は、炭素原子1〜4個を含むアルキルを表し、
R3及びR4は、それぞれ独立に、炭素原子1〜8個を含むアルキル、フェニル(場合により1個若しくは複数のハロゲン又はヒドロキシルによって置換されている)、トリル、キシリル、ベンジル、フェネチル、ヒドロキシエチル、フェノキシエチル又はジブロモフェノキシエチルを表す)に対応する環状ホスホン酸エステルから選択される少なくとも1種の難燃剤(A)と、
式(I)の環状ホスホン酸エステルと異なるリン誘導体から選択される少なくとも1種の難燃剤(B)と
を含む放射線硬化性難燃性組成物に関する。
Claims (10)
- 難燃剤(B)が、ホスフェート、ホスホネート、ホスフィネート、ホスファイト及びホスフィンオキシドから選択される、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。
- 難燃剤(B)が、アルキルホスフェートエステル、アリールホスフェートエステル、アルキルアリールホスフェートエステル、アルキルホスホネートエステル、アリールホスホネートエステル、及びアルキルアリールホスホネートエステルから選択される、請求項2に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。
- 難燃剤(B)が、ビスフェノールA由来のポリアリールホスフェートエステルから選択される、請求項3に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。
- 25〜94重量%の少なくとも1種のポリマー前駆体と、3〜40重量%の難燃剤(A)と、3〜35重量%の難燃剤(B)とを含む、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリマー前駆体が、少なくとも20重量%の、モノ−、ジ−、トリ−及び/又はテトラ−(メタ)アクリレートから選択される1種又は複数のモノマーを含む、請求項5に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。
- 前記モノマーが、モノ(メタ)アクリレートから選択される、請求項5に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。
- 前記ポリマー前駆体が、少なくとも1種のオリゴマー及び少なくとも1種のモノマーを含む、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性組成物。
- 本発明による積層体の製造方法であって、(i)請求項1に記載の難燃性組成物を準備するステップと、(ii)該難燃性組成物を、少なくともその一方がガラスである2枚の板の間に入れるステップと、(iii)該組成物を硬化させて、該板の間で中間層を構成するポリマーを形成するステップとを含む上記方法。
- 請求項1に記載の難燃性組成物から得られた少なくとも1層の中間層を備える合わせガラス。
