8はファブリッククロス材であって、上記スタティックシール5の先端外面付近に沿って添接されている。該ファブリッククロス材の一端側は、取付部材8aにより上記スタティックシール5に固定されており、他端側は、取付部材8bにより上記セクタープレート3に固定されている。

Claims (4)
- 伝熱エレメント等の蓄熱体を収めたロータをハウジング内で回転させ、排ガス等の高温の加熱流体により前記蓄熱体を加熱して蓄熱せしめると共に、該蓄熱体に蓄熱された熱により燃焼用空気等の低温の被加熱流体を加熱するように構成し、前記ロータ内を貫通して流れる2種類の加熱流体および被加熱流体の流路を分けるセクタープレートを前記ロータの上端面に僅かの隙間を隔てて設け、該セクタープレートと前記熱交換器の外部構造物の間隙の両側にスタティックシールを設置した回転再生式熱交換器において、
前記セクタープレート上で堆積または撹乱された灰等の粉塵物質を吸引するように、前記外部構造物に吸引管を設け、
前記外部構造物に送風管を設けて、圧縮空気を前記セクタープレートの上面に向けて噴
出し、灰等の粉塵物質を撹乱するように構成したことを特徴とする回転再生式熱交換器。 - 伝熱エレメント等の蓄熱体を収めたロータをハウジング内で回転させ、排ガス等の高温
の加熱流体により前記蓄熱体を加熱して蓄熱せしめると共に、該蓄熱体に蓄熱された熱に
より燃焼用空気等の低温の被加熱流体を加熱するように構成し、前記ロータ内を貫通して流れる2種類の加熱流体および被加熱流体の流路を分けるセクタープレートを前記ロータの上端面に僅かの隙間を隔てて設け、該セクタープレートと前記熱交換器の外部構造物の間隙の両側にスタティックシールを設置した回転再生式熱交換器において、
前記スタティックシールの先端外面付近に沿って添接するように、且つ、その一端側を取付部材により前記スタティックシールに固定すると共に、他端側を別の取付部材により前記セクタープレートに固定するように、ファブリッククロス材を取り付けたことを特徴とする回転再生式熱交換器。 - 前記ファブリッククロス材を、弛みを持たせた状態で取り付けたことを特徴とする請求
項2に記載の回転再生式熱交換器。 - 前記ファブリッククロス材を、前記取付部材により着脱自在に取り付けたことを特徴と
