Description

Claims (16)
- 手術用コンソールであって、
空気圧弁と、
前記弁に結合されている少なくとも第1及び第2のポートであって、前記弁は前記第1及び第2のポートの各々に対して加圧気体を交互に供給するように構成されている、少なくとも第1及び第2のポートと、
前記第1及び第2のポートのうちの少なくとも一方に結合されている少なくとも1つの圧力センサと、
前記弁と前記圧力センサとに結合されている制御装置であって、弁デューティサイクルにしたがって前記第1及び第2のポートに対して加圧気体を交互に供給するように前記弁を制御するように動作可能である制御装置と
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとの間の測定された差圧を求めることに使用すべく前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサから圧力データを受け取って、前記測定された差圧と所望の平均差圧との間の差に基づいて前記弁デューティサイクルを変更するように構成されている、手術用コンソール。 - 前記空気圧弁は、前記第1及び第2のポートに対して加圧気体を交互に供給するように共に制御される2つ以上の弁を備える、請求項1に記載の手術用コンソール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサは、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとの間の差圧を求めるべく、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとに結合されている差圧センサを備える、請求項1に記載の手術用コンソール。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとの間の測定された平均差圧を求め、且つ、前記弁の連続的な動作間隔中に少なくとも2回前記弁デューティサイクルを変更すべく前記測定された平均差圧を使用する、請求項1に記載の手術用コンソール。
- 所望のポートデューティサイクルが、当該手術用コンソールのユーザインタフェースを通してユーザから受け取られて、オフセット変換器の回路を通して平均差圧に変換される、請求項4に記載の手術用コンソール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサは、前記第1のポートに結合されている第1の圧力センサと、前記第2のポートに結合されている第2の圧力センサとを含み、前記制御装置は、前記弁デューティサイクルを変更すべく前記第1の圧力センサからの圧力情報と前記第2の圧力センサからの圧力情報とを比較するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の手術用コンソール。
- 前記測定された差圧は、測定された平均差圧を含む、請求項1に記載の手術用コンソール。
- 前記弁は空気圧器具を駆動するように構成されており、当該手術用コンソールは、当該手術用コンソールに結合されている空気圧器具を更に含み、前記空気圧器具は硝子体茎切除術用カッターである、請求項7に記載の手術用コンソール。
- 前記制御装置は、空気消費を減少させるためのより低い圧力と、より早いカットレートと使用可能なカットレートの動的範囲を増大させることとのためのより高い圧力との間でバランスをとるように、前記弁に印加される圧力を調整する、請求項1に記載の手術用コンソール。
- 外科用空気圧システム弁を調整する方法であって、
制御装置が、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で循環するように構成されている空気圧弁を備える空気圧システムを動作させるステップであって、加圧気体が、前記弁が前記第1の位置にあると第1のポートに向けられ、且つ、前記弁が前記第2の位置にあると第2のポートに向けられる、ステップと、
前記制御装置が、前記第1のポート及び前記第2のポートのうちの少なくとも1つに結合されている少なくとも1つの圧力センサから圧力情報を受け取るステップと、
前記制御装置が、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとの間の差圧を求めるために、前記受け取られた圧力情報を使用するステップと、
前記制御装置が、前記求められた差圧と所望の平均差圧との間の差を減少させるために、変更された弁デューティサイクルを求めるステップと、
前記制御装置が、前記変更された弁デューティサイクルにしたがって前記弁を前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で循環させるステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記空気圧弁は、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとに交互に加圧気体を供給するように共に制御される2つ以上の弁を備え、前記第1の位置は、前記2つ以上の弁のうちの第1の弁を開くことを含み、前記第2の位置は、前記2つ以上の弁のうちの第2の弁を開くことを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの圧力センサは、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとの間の差圧を求めるべく、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとに結合されている差圧センサを備える、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置が、前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとの間の差圧を求めるステップと、前記制御装置が、前記弁の連続的な動作間隔中に少なくとも2回前記弁デューティサイクルを変更すべく前記差圧を使用するステップとをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記制御装置が、ユーザから前記所望の平均差圧を受け取るステップと、
前記制御装置が、手術用コンソールのユーザインタフェースを通して前記ユーザから所望のポートデューティサイクルを受け取るステップと、
前記制御装置が、オフセット変換器を通して前記ポートデューティサイクルを平均差圧に変換するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの圧力センサから圧力情報を受け取ることが、前記第1のポートに結合されている第1の圧力センサから圧力情報を受け取ることと、前記第2のポートに結合されている第2の圧力センサから圧力情報を受け取ることとを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記求められた差圧は、求められた平均差圧であり、前記差圧を求めることは、所定の時間にわたって前記第1のポートと前記第2のポートとの間の前記平均差圧を求めることを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
