Description
軸方向に整列している前記第1と第2のピストンが各々のカム従動子を介して前記定速カムと協働しており、前記カム従動子は前記定速カムの回転円の真反対の対向端部において前記定速カムと係合している。
好ましくは、前記第1と第2のカム従動子がバネ付勢により前記定速カムのカム面に係合している。
或いは、前記第1と第2のカム従動子は、該カム従動子の双方を前記定速カムのカム面に同時に係合させる引張バネ手段により相互接続するようにしてもよい。
好ましくは、ギヤボックスが前記交流電動モーターの出力軸と、前記定速カムとの間に挟さまれている。
必要とするなら、フライホイールが前記交流電動モーターの出力軸と、定速カムとの間の伝動装置に組み込まれていてもよい。
添付図面を参照すると、ポンプは、これに限定されないが、主に液体塗料を圧力回路または塗料回路、すなわち1または複数のスプレーガンを備えた回路に供給するように設計されている。該ポンプは、強固なサポートフレーム11を具備し、該サポートフレーム11は取付ブロック12を含む。該取付ブロックは、ベースプレート12aと、サイドプレート12b、12cとを有している。サイドプレートは、ベースプレート12aから直角に立設されており、互いに平行に離間している。明瞭にするために図1では省略されているが、図2に図示するように、正面プレート12dがベースプレート12aと平行に延設され、かつ、サイドプレート12b、12cによりベースプレート12aから離間されている。プレート12a、12b、12c、12dは、どのような方法でもよいが、例えばボルトにより締結され強固なボックス形構造体を形成している。

Claims (13)
- 回転軸によって駆動されるハート形のカムプロフィールを有した定速カムと、
第1と第2のシリンダと、
前記第1と第2のシリンダに対して往復運動可能な第1と第2のピストンと、
第1と第2のカム従動子であって、前記定速カムと共に、前記回転軸を前記第1と第2のピストンに結合して、前記定速カムの回転動作を前記第1と第2のピストンの互いに180°位相のずれた往復運動に変換する第1と第2のカム従動子ローラーと、
前記ピストンの往復運動に平行な軸線沿いに延びる一対のガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールに摺動自在に装着され、前記第1と第2のカム従動子ローラーを取付けた第1と第2のカム従動子スライダと、
前記第1と第2のカム従動子ローラーの各々に作用し、前記第1と第2のカム従動子ローラーを互いに接近方向に付勢し、前記定速カムのカム面に係合させる一対のバネとを具備し、
前記一対のバネの各々が、前記第1と第2のシリンダに対して移動可能となっており、
前記バネが前記カム従動子ローラーの回転軸線を含む平面の両側で力が等しくなっているポンプ。 - 前記一対のバネが圧縮バネから成る請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記一対のバネが引張バネから成る請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記引張バネが前記第1と第2のカム従動子スライダに直接連結されており、該カム従動子スライダを互いに接近方向に付勢し、前記定速カムのカム面に係合させるようにした請求項3に記載のポンプ。
- 前記第1と第2のカム従動子スライダ間に延設され、該第1と第2のカム従動子スライダに係合する第1と第2の端部を有した保持ロッドを更に具備し、
前記圧縮バネが、前記保持ロッドの前記第1の端部と前記第1のカム従動子スライダとの間に取付けられており、該保持ロッドの第1の端部を前記第2のカム従動子スライダから離反する方向に付勢し、以て、前記第1と第2のカム従動子の双方を同時に互いに接近方向に付勢して、前記定速カムのカム面に係合させるようにした請求項2に記載のポンプ。 - 前記第1と第2のカム従動子スライダに取着され、第1と第2の貫通穴が形成されている第1と第2のブラケットと、
前記第1と第2の貫通穴に挿通され、該第1と第2の貫通穴を越えて突出する第1と第2の端部を有した保持ロッドとを更に具備し、
前記一対のバネが、前記保持ロッドの第1と第2の端部の各々と、前記第1と第2のブラケットとの間に配設された第1と第2の圧縮バネを具備しており、前記第1と第2のカム従動子の双方を同時に互いに接近方向に付勢して、前記定速カムのカム面に係合させるようにした請求項1に記載のポンプ。 - 前記第1と第2のピストンは軸方向に一直線上に配置されている請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記カム従動子は、前記定速カムの回転円の直径上の両側で前記定速カムと係合している請求項7に記載のポンプ。
- 更に、第3と第4のシリンダと、
前記回転軸によって駆動される第2の定速カムと、
軸方向に一直線上に配置され前記第3と第4のシリンダの各々において往復動作可能な第3と第4のピストンとを具備し、
前記第3と第4のピストンは、前記第2の定速カムによって、互いに180°位相のずれた往復動作するように駆動され、前記第3と第4のピストンの前記往復動作は、前記第1と第2のピストンの前記往復動作に対して90°位相がずれている請求項1に記載のポンプ。 - 前記第1、第2、第3および第4のシリンダから吐出された液体が共通の圧力ループに供給される請求項9に記載のポンプ。
- 前記出力軸と前記定速カムとの間に配設された減速ギヤボックスを更に具備する請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記出力軸と定速カムとの間の伝動装置に組み込まれたフライホイールを更に具備する請求項1に記載のポンプ。
- 前記第1と第2のカム従動子を前記第1と第2のピストンに結合する第1と第2の玉継手を更に具備する請求項1に記載のポンプ。
