Description
本開示は、作動スレッドを製造する装置およびシステムに関し、さらに特定すると、作動スレッドの射出成型用の金型に関する。

少なくとも1つの実質的に中央の、傾斜した、非直線の表面を有する少なくとも1つの金型部品であって、少なくとも1つの形成部分を含む、少なくとも1つの金型部品と、
該少なくとも1つの実質的に中央の、傾斜した、非直線の表面内に配置された少なくとも1つの実質的に閉じたキャビティ領域と、
該少なくとも1つのキャビティ領域との流体的な連絡を提供する該金型部品の基礎部分に配置される少なくとも1つのゲートであって、該金型部品の長さに沿って長手方向に延びる複数の凹部を有する少なくとも1つのゲートと、
最初に射出流体の流れを少なくとも1つの形成部分に向けるために、該金型部品上に設置された少なくとも1つの流動絞りと
を含む、装置。

前記少なくとも1つの形成部分は、第一のカム作用部材および第二のカム作用部材を含み、該第一および第二のカム作用部材は、各々、間隔をあけている第一および第二のカム楔を有し、該カム楔の各々は、前記基礎部分に対して第一および第二の駆動角を画定するように構成される少なくとも第一および第二の駆動面を含む、上記項目に記載の装置。

前記第一および第二のカム作用部材の各々の前記間隔をあけている第一および第二のカム楔は、互いに対してずれている、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の装置。

前記少なくとも1つの金型部品の前記基礎部分上の前記複数の凹部は、ワッフル形状のコアリングとして構成されることによりゆがみおよび収縮を最小にする、上記項目のうちのいずれかに記載の装置。

作動スレッドを製造する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの実質的に中央の、傾斜した、非直線の表面を有する少なくとも1つの金型部品を形成するステップであって、該少なくとも1つの金型部品は少なくとも1つの形成部分を含む、ステップと、
該少なくとも1つの実質的に中央の、傾斜した、非直線の表面内に配置された少なくとも1つの実質的に閉じたキャビティ領域を形成するステップと、
該少なくとも1つのキャビティ領域との流体的な連絡を提供する該金型部品の基礎部分に配置される少なくとも1つのゲートを形成するステップであって、該基礎部分は、該金型部品の長さに沿って長手方向に延びる複数の凹部を有する、ステップと、
最初に射出流体の流れを少なくとも1つの形成部分に向けるために、該金型部品上に設置された少なくとも1つの流動絞りを形成するステップと
を含む、方法。

Claims (24)
- 射出成形用の装置であって、該装置は、
基礎部分と、曲がった形状を有する案内部材と、少なくとも1つの形成部分とを有する少なくとも1つの金型部品であって、該案内部材と該少なくとも1つの形成部分とは、該基礎部分から垂直に延び、該案内部材は、該少なくとも1つの形成部分から間隔をあけている、少なくとも1つの金型部品と、
該少なくとも1つの金型部品内に配置された少なくとも1つの実質的に閉じたキャビティ領域と、
該少なくとも1つのキャビティ領域との流体的な連絡を提供するために該基礎部分上に配置された少なくとも1つのゲートであって、該基礎部分は、該金型部品の長さに沿って長手方向に延びる複数の凹部を有する、少なくとも1つのゲートと、
最初に射出流体の流れを該少なくとも1つの形成部分に向けるために、該金型部品上に設置された少なくとも1つの流動絞りと
を含む、装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの形成部分は、前記金型部品の長さに沿って長手方向に延びる第一のカム作用部材および第二のカム作用部材を含み、前記案内部材は、該第一のカム作用部材と該第二のカム作用部材との間に配置され、該第一のカム作用部材および該第二のカム作用部材の各々は、横方向に間隔をあけている第一のカム楔および第二のカム楔を有し、該カム楔の各々は、前記基礎部分に対して第一の駆動角および第二の駆動角を画定するように構成された少なくとも第一の駆動面および第二の駆動面を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第一のカム作用部材および前記第二のカム作用部材の各々の前記横方向に間隔をあけている第一のカム楔および第二のカム楔は、互いに対して長手方向にずれている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記案内部材は、前記少なくとも1つの金型部品の長さに沿って長手方向に延びるときに可変である幅を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記案内部材は、前記少なくとも1つのゲートを通して受け取られた前記射出流体の速さと方向とを制御する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの金型部品の前記基礎部分上の前記複数の凹部は、ワッフル形状のコアリングとして構成されることによりゆがみおよび収縮を最小にする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの形成部分は、上部および下部を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流動絞りは、最初に、前記射出流体を前記少なくとも1つの成形部分の前記上部に向ける、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流動絞りは、前記金型部品の下方表面上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの流動絞りは、窪みを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 作動スレッドを射出成形する装置を製造する方法であって、該方法は、
基礎部分と、曲がった形状を有する案内部材と、少なくとも1つの形成部分とを有する少なくとも1つの金型部品を形成するステップであって、該案内部材と該少なくとも1つの形成部分とは、該基礎部分から垂直に延び、該案内部材は、該少なくとも1つの形成部分から間隔をあけている、ステップと、
該少なくとも1つの金型部品内に配置された少なくとも1つの実質的に閉じたキャビティ領域を形成するステップと、
該少なくとも1つのキャビティ領域との流体的な連絡を提供するために該基礎部分上に配置された少なくとも1つのゲートを形成するステップであって、該基礎部分は、該金型部品の長さに沿って長手方向に延びる複数の凹部を有する、ステップと、
最初に射出流体の流れを該少なくとも1つの形成部分に向けるために、該金型部品上に設置された少なくとも1つの流動絞りを形成するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの形成部分は、前記金型部品の長さに沿って長手方向に延びる第一のカム作用部材および第二のカム作用部材を含み、前記案内部材は、該第一のカム作用部材と該第二のカム作用部材との間に配置され、該第一のカム作用部材および該第二のカム作用部材の各々は、横方向に間隔をあけている第一のカム楔および第二のカム楔を有し、該カム楔の各々は、前記基礎部分に対して第一の駆動角および第二の駆動角を画定するように構成された少なくとも第一の駆動面および第二の駆動面を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のカム作用部材および前記第二のカム作用部材の各々の前記横方向に間隔をあけている第一のカム楔および第二のカム楔は、互いに対して長手方向にずれている、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記案内部材は、前記少なくとも1つの金型部品の長さに沿って長手方向に延びるときに可変である幅を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記案内部材は、前記少なくとも1つのゲートを通して受け取られた前記射出流体の速さと方向とを制御する、請求項13に記載の方法。
