Description
ガス供給原料流からの天然ガス液の回収は種々の方法、例えば、ガスの冷却及び冷凍、油吸収、冷凍油吸収を使用して、又は多蒸留塔の使用により行なわれていた。更に最近、ジュール-トンプソン弁又はターボエキスパンダーを利用する低温膨張方法が天然ガスからのNGLの回収に好ましい方法になっていた。
典型的な低温膨張回収方法において、加圧下の供給原料ガス流がその方法のその他の流れ及び/又は外部冷凍源、例えば、プロパン圧縮-冷凍システムとの熱交換により冷却される。ガスが冷却されるにつれて、液体が一つ以上のセパレーター中で所望の成分を含む高圧液体として凝縮され、回収し得る。
高圧液体は低圧に膨張され、分別されてもよい。液体と蒸気の混合物を含む、膨張流が蒸留カラム中で分別される。蒸留カラム中で、揮発性ガス及び軽質炭化水素が塔頂蒸気として除去され、重質炭化水素成分がボトム中で液体製品として流出する。
供給原料ガスは典型的には完全には凝縮されず、部分凝縮から残っている蒸気が低圧(その圧力で更なる液体がその流れの更なる冷却の結果として凝縮される)へとジュール-トンプソン弁又はターボエキスパンダーにより通されてもよい。膨張流が蒸留カラムに供給原料流として供給される。還流の流れ、典型的には冷却後だが膨張前の部分凝縮供給原料ガスの一部が蒸留カラムに与えられる。種々の方法が還流にその他の源、例えば、加圧下で供給される残留ガスの循環流を使用していた。
上記低温分離から得られる天然ガスの追加の加工がしばしば必要とされる。何とならば、天然ガスの窒素含量がパイプラインセールスについての許容レベルをしばしば上回るからである。典型的には、ほんの4%の窒素又は窒素+その他の不活性ガスが規制及びパイプライン仕様のためにガス中に許される。窒素は空気を窒素及び酸素に分離することと同様に、低温分離でしばしば除去される。幾つかの窒素除去方法は圧力スイング吸着、吸収、膜、及び/又はその他の技術を使用し、この場合、このような方法は典型的には低温天然ガス液回収と直列に置かれる。

或る実施態様において、高btu留分はパイプラインセールスに適した、4モル%以下の窒素、又は4%以下の窒素及びその他の不活性成分を含んでもよい。
次いで軽質留分が、例えば、フラッシュドラム、蒸留カラム、又は吸収剤カラム中のように、窒素濃縮留分及び窒素減少留分を含む、少なくとも二つの留分に分離されてもよい。

Claims (31)

-第二窒素減少天然ガス流の少なくとも一部を第一膜分離段階における分離に循環することを含む
ことを特徴とする、天然ガス液の回収方法。 - 窒素濃縮留分を窒素除去ユニット中で分離することが
窒素濃縮留分を第一膜分離段階における分離の前に圧縮し、冷却すること、
第一窒素減少天然ガス流をパイプライン圧力に圧縮し、冷却すること、及び
第二窒素減少天然ガス流を循環前に圧縮し、冷却すること
の少なくとも一つを更に含む、請求項26記載の方法。 - 窒素、メタン、エタン、及びプロパン並びにその他のC3+炭化水素を含むガス流を窒素、メタン、エタン、及びプロパンを含む軽質留分と、プロパン及びその他のC3+炭化水素を含む重質留分を含む少なくとも二つの留分に分別し、
第一セパレーター中で軽質留分を窒素濃縮留分及び窒素減少留分を含む少なくとも二つの留分に分離し、
窒素減少留分を圧縮し、冷却し、
第二セパレーター中でその圧縮され、冷却された窒素減少留分をプロパン濃縮留分及びプロパン減少留分に分離し、
プロパン濃縮留分の少なくとも一部を還流として分別に供給し、
プロパン減少留分の少なくとも一部を第一セパレーターに循環し、
ガス流、軽質留分、プロパン減少留分の一部、窒素濃縮留分、窒素減少留分、その圧縮され、冷却された窒素減少留分、及び冷媒の二つ以上の間で熱を交換し、そして
窒素濃縮留分を窒素除去ユニット中で分離することを含み、
前記窒素濃縮留分を窒素除去ユニット中で分離する工程は、
-窒素濃縮留分を第一膜分離段階で分離して第一窒素減少天然ガス流及び第一窒素濃縮天然ガス流を製造し、
-第一窒素濃縮天然ガス流を第二膜分離段階で分離して第二窒素減少天然ガス流及び第二窒素濃縮天然ガス流を製造し、
-第一窒素減少天然ガス流を高btu天然ガス製品流として回収し、
-第二窒素減少天然ガス流を中間btu天然ガス製品流として回収し、そして
-第二窒素濃縮天然ガス流を低btu天然ガス製品流として回収することを含む
ことを特徴とする、天然ガス液の回収方法。 - 窒素濃縮留分を窒素除去ユニット中で分離することが
窒素濃縮留分を第一膜分離段階における分離の前に圧縮し、冷却すること、
第一窒素減少天然ガス流を高btu天然ガス製品流の回収の前にパイプライン圧力に圧縮し、冷却すること、及び
第二窒素減少天然ガス流を中間btu天然ガス製品流の回収の前に圧縮し、冷却することの少なくとも一つを更に含む、請求項28記載の方法。 - 窒素、メタン、エタン、及びプロパン並びにその他のC3+炭化水素を含むガス流を窒素、メタン、エタン、及びプロパンを含む軽質留分と、プロパン及びその他のC3+炭化水素を含む重質留分を含む少なくとも二つの留分に分別し、
第一セパレーター中で軽質留分を窒素濃縮留分及び窒素減少留分を含む少なくとも二つの留分に分離し、
窒素減少留分を圧縮し、冷却し、
第二セパレーター中でその圧縮され、冷却された窒素減少留分をプロパン濃縮留分及びプロパン減少留分に分離し、
プロパン濃縮留分の少なくとも一部を還流として分別に供給し、
プロパン減少留分の少なくとも一部を第一セパレーターに供給し、
プロパン減少留分の一部を回収し、
ガス流、軽質留分、プロパン減少留分の一部、窒素濃縮留分、窒素減少留分、その回収部分、その圧縮され、冷却された窒素減少留分、及び冷媒の二つ以上の間で熱を交換し、そして
窒素濃縮留分を窒素除去ユニット中で分離し、
前記窒素濃縮留分を窒素除去ユニット中で分離する工程は、
-窒素濃縮留分を第一膜分離段階で分離して第一窒素減少天然ガス流及び第一窒素濃縮天然ガス流を製造し、
-第一窒素濃縮天然ガス流を第二膜分離段階で分離して第二窒素減少天然ガス流及び第二窒素濃縮天然ガス流を製造し、そして
-第二窒素減少天然ガス流の少なくとも一部を第一膜分離段階における分離に循環することを含み、そして
回収部分及び第一窒素減少天然ガス流を混合して天然ガス製品流を生成することを含むことを特徴とする、天然ガス液の回収方法。 - 窒素、メタン、エタン、及びプロパン並びにその他のC3+炭化水素を含むガス流を窒素、メタン、エタン、及びプロパンを含む軽質留分と、プロパン及びその他のC3+炭化水素を含む重質留分を含む少なくとも二つの留分に分別し、
第一セパレーター中で軽質留分を窒素濃縮留分、中間窒素含量留分、及び窒素減少留分を含む少なくとも三つの留分に分離し、
窒素減少留分を圧縮し、冷却し、
第二セパレーター中でその圧縮され、冷却された窒素減少留分をプロパン濃縮留分及びプロパン減少留分に分離し、
プロパン濃縮留分の少なくとも一部を還流として分別に供給し、
プロパン減少留分の少なくとも一部を第一セパレーターに循環し、
ガス流、軽質留分、プロパン減少留分の一部、窒素濃縮留分、窒素減少留分、その圧縮され、冷却された窒素減少留分、中間窒素含量留分、及び冷媒の二つ以上の間で熱を交換し、そして
窒素濃縮留分を窒素除去ユニット中で分離し、
前記窒素濃縮留分を窒素除去ユニット中で分離する工程は、
-窒素濃縮留分を第一膜分離段階で分離して第一窒素減少天然ガス流及び第一窒素濃縮天然ガス流を製造し、
-第一窒素濃縮天然ガス流を第二膜分離段階で分離して第二窒素減少天然ガス流及び第二窒素濃縮天然ガス流を製造し、そして
-第二窒素減少天然ガス流の少なくとも一部を第一膜分離段階における分離に循環することを含み、そして
中間窒素含量留分及び第一窒素減少天然ガス流を混合して天然ガス製品流を生成することを含むことを特徴とする、天然ガス液の回収方法。
