Claims (10)
- 回転機械シャフト(14)の一部分を支持するように構成されたベアリング(23、24)に対して固定された潤滑オイルベアリングカバー(202)であって、前記シャフトに向かって半径方向内向きに延びる第1の端部キャップを含んでいて該カバーと第1の端部キャップとによって前記ベアリングを囲む空洞が形成される潤滑オイルベアリングカバー(202)と、
前記シャフト(14)と実質的に同心でありかつ潤滑オイル流に抗するシールを形成するシールリングの組と
を含むオイルシールシステムであって、
前記シールリングが、前記端部キャップから半径方向内向きに延びる複数のワイヤブリストルを含んでいて、前記ワイヤブリストルが、組立てられた時に前記シャフトの表面まで延びるように構成されかつ前記空洞に侵入するガスに対して蛇行流路を形成するように構成されており、前記複数のワイヤブリストルの各々が、第1の実質的に直線の部分と第2の実質的に直線の部分とを含んでいて前記第1の部分と第2の部分とが互いに傾斜している、オイルシールシステム。 - 前記シールリングの組が、前記シャフトが回転している時に該シャフト(14)のベアリングからの潤滑オイルの漏れを防止するように構成される、請求項1記載のオイルシールシステム。
- 前記オイルシールシステムが、
前記ベアリング(23、24)から潤滑オイルを回収するための潤滑オイルサンプ(212)と、
潤滑オイルサンプ(212)内のオイルからガスを吸引する蒸気エクストラクタ(218)と
をさらに含んでいて、前記空洞内部の圧力が、前記空洞外部の圧力よりも低い、請求項1記載のオイルシールシステム。 - 前記内部圧力が、前記空洞と流体連通して結合された蒸気エクストラクタを使用して低減される、請求項3記載のオイルシールシステム。
- 前記内部圧力が、潤滑オイルドレンライン(214、216)を通して前記空洞と流体連通して結合された蒸気エクストラクタを使用して低減される、請求項3記載のオイルシールシステム。
- 前記潤滑オイルサンプ(212)から、ポンプ(210)によって前記ベアリング(23、24)に潤滑オイルが供給される、請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のオイルシールシステム。
- 前記カバーが、前記シャフトに向かって半径方向内向きに延びる第2の端部キャップを含んで前記ベアリング(23、24)を囲む空洞が該カバー(202)、第1の端部キャップ及び第2の端部キャップによって形成される、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のオイルシールシステム。
- 前記第2の端部キャップと関連するオイルシールリングの組をさらに含み、
前記オイルシールリングの組が、前記シャフト(14)と実質的に同心でありかつ潤滑オイル流に抗するラビリンスシールを形成し、
前記オイルシールリングの組が、前記第2の端部キャップから半径方向内向きに延びる複数のワイヤブリストルを含み、
前記ワイヤブリストルが、組立てられた時に前記シャフトの表面まで延びるように構成されかつ前記空洞に侵入するガスに対して蛇行流路を形成するように構成される、
請求項7記載のオイルシールシステム。 - 前記シャフト(14)と前記ベアリングカバー(202)との間に配置されたオイルデフレクタ(322)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のオイルシールシステム。
- オイル潤滑式ベアリング(23、24)によって少なくとも部分的に支持された回転シャフト(14)と、
請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のオイルシールシステムと
を含む蒸気タービン(10)。
