Claims (4)
- 火炉の炉壁に微粉燃料を噴出する第1ノズルと、該第1ノズルと同心で燃焼用空気として高温燃焼用空気を噴出する第2ノズルとを有し、少なくとも1段、水平方向に複数配設された微粉燃料バーナと、制御装置とを具備し、該制御装置は前記火炉内が高温空気燃焼可能な温度となる迄各微粉燃料バーナにより微粉燃料燃焼を行い、前記火炉内が高温空気燃焼可能な温度に到達すると、隣接する前記微粉燃料バーナの一方は、2次燃焼用空気の噴出を停止して微粉燃料のみを噴出させ、他方は微粉燃料の噴出を停止して燃焼用空気のみを噴出させ、高温空気燃焼を行う様構成されたことを特徴とする微粉燃料焚きボイラ装置。
- 熱交換器を更に具備し、前記燃焼用空気は前記熱交換器により火炉からの排ガスと熱交換され、所要温度に加熱され、更に熱交換される前の排ガスが混合された高温燃焼用空気である請求項1の微粉燃料焚きボイラ装置。
- 前記微粉燃料バーナは中心に自燃可能な燃料を燃焼させる補助燃焼用バーナを有し、高温空気燃焼状態で補助燃焼用バーナによる燃焼を併用した請求項1の微粉燃料焚きボイラ装置。
- 前記微粉燃料バーナは上下方向に複数段設けられ、水平方向、上下方向共に隣接する前記微粉燃料バーナの一方は、微粉燃料のみを噴出し、他方は燃焼用空気のみを噴出し、高温空気燃焼を行う請求項1の微粉燃料焚きボイラ装置。
