Claims (15)
- 流体チャンバに入る流体の通路として機能するのに適した第1のチャネル、及び
前記流体チャンバから出る流体の通路として機能するのに適した第2のチャネル、
と連絡し、
前記第1のチャネルと前記第2のチャネルとが互いに隣り合って位置付けられ、
1つの突出部が、前記流体チャンバ内に突き出し、
前記突出部が、前記第1のチャネルと前記第2のチャネルとの間に位置付けられている、流体チャンバ。 - 前記流体チャンバ内部の前記突出部の表面が滑らかである、請求項1に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 前記突出部が、円形状又は楕円形状である、請求項2に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 前記流体チャンバが、上から見ると円形又は楕円形の断面形状を有する円筒形であり、
前記第1のチャネル及び前記第2のチャネルが、円筒形の前記流体チャンバの側壁に接続されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバ。 - 前記流体チャンバの直径が、約100μm乃至約10cmのレンジにあり、前記流体チャンバの高さが、約100μm乃至約1cmのレンジにある、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 円形状又は楕円形状の前記突出部の直径が、前記流体チャンバの直径の10倍小さく又は少なくとも約10倍小さい、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 円形状又は楕円形状の前記突出部の直径が、約10μm乃至約1cmのレンジにある、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 前記流体チャンバが、前記流体チャンバ内でポリメラーゼ連鎖反応を実施するのに適しているように構成される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 前記流体チャンバ内の温度を制御する手段が、前記流体チャンバと連絡する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 前記流体チャンバが、少なくとも1つの透明なセクションを有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 前記流体チャンバがポリプロピレンから作られている、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバ。
- 液体による、気体を含まない充填のための請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバの使用。
- 液体により流体チャンバを完全に充填する方法であって、
a.請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバを準備するステップと、
b.前記流体チャンバの前記第1のチャネルに液体を導入するステップと、
c.前記液体が、前記液体チャンバの前記第2のチャネルを通って前記充填された流体チャンバを出て行くように、前記流体チャンバを充填するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の流体チャンバを有する装置。
- 前記装置がカートリッジである、請求項14に記載の装置。
