Description

LED1150はスイッチ1104と結合され、電圧源1160(その正の端子は接地されている)の負の端子と結合されている。
列ドライバ120はデジタル・アナログ変換器(DAC)1220に結合された電圧源1210を備えており、このDAC1220はデジタル電圧をアナログ電圧に変換するよう構成されている。DAC1220はまた、バッファ1230と結合され、このバッファ1230は電流変換器1240と結合されている。電流変換器1240は、DAC1220によって生成された(およびバッファ1230によって増幅された)そのアナログ電圧から電流を発生させるよう構成される。

Claims (3)
- 発光ダイオード(LED)のピクセルの列を備えるディスプレイの輝度を制御するためのドライバであって、
各LEDピクセルのための複数の輝度レベルを表す複数の事前充電電圧値を含む、少なくともピクセル電流のフィードスルー効果を補償するためにプログラム可能なルックアップテーブルと、
事前充電電圧を前記LEDピクセルの列へ供給するよう構成された事前充電回路と、前記事前充電電圧は前記ルックアップテーブルにおける前記複数の事前充電電圧値のひとつに等しく、
電流を前記LEDピクセルの列へ供給するよう構成されたプログラミング回路と、
前記事前充電回路および前記プログラミング回路のうち1つを、前記LEDピクセルの列へ選択的に結合するよう構成されたスイッチと
を備える、装置。 - 複数の列に配列された発光ダイオード(LED)のピクセルのアレイと、
事前充電電圧を少なくとも1つのLEDピクセルの列に選択的に供給するよう各々を構成した複数の事前充電回路と、
電流を少なくとも1つのLEDピクセルの列に選択的に供給するよう各々を構成した複数の電流源と、を備え、
各前記事前充電回路は各LEDピクセルのための複数の輝度レベルを表す複数の事前充電電圧値を含む少なくともピクセル電流のフィードスルー効果を補償するためにプログラム可能なルックアップテーブルを含み、前記事前充電電圧は前記ルックアップテーブルにおける前記複数の事前充電電圧値のひとつに等しい、
ディスプレイ。 - 複数の輝度レベルによって特性付けられた発光ダイオード(LED)のピクセルの複数の列を含むディスプレイの輝度を制御するための方法であって、前記ディスプレイは、
前記複数の輝度レベルから選択された、目標とする輝度レベルに基づき、前記LEDピクセルの列の各々に対する事前充電電圧を決定するステップと、
前記LEDピクセルの列の各々に各LEDピクセルのための複数の輝度レベルを表す複数の事前充電電圧値を含む少なくともピクセル電流のフィードスルー効果を補償するためにプログラム可能なルックアップテーブルから前記決定した事前充電電圧を供給するステップと
を含む、方法。
