Description
を備えたグロープラグとして使用することが好ましい。具体的には、ヒータ1は、棒状の絶縁基体9の内部に、折返し形状をなした抵抗体3が埋設されているとともに一対のリード8が抵抗体3の両端部にそれぞれ電気的に接続されて埋設されていて、一方のリード8に電気的に接続された金属製保持部材7(シース金具)と、他方のリード8に電気的に接続されたワイヤとを備えたグロープラグとして使用することが好ましい。

Claims (2)
- 絶縁基体と、
該絶縁基体に埋設された抵抗体と、
前記絶縁基体に埋設され、先端側で前記抵抗体に接続されたリードとを備えたヒータであって、
前記抵抗体と前記リードとが該リードの軸方向に垂直な方向に重なる接続部を有し、該接続部を軸方向に垂直な断面で見たときに、前記抵抗体と前記リードとの境界が曲線状であり、
前記接続部の少なくとも後端側における軸方向に垂直な断面で見た前記抵抗体と前記リードとの境界が、前記リード側に凸の曲線状であり、
前記接続部の先端側における軸方向に垂直な断面で見た前記抵抗体と前記リードとの境界が、前記抵抗体側に凸の曲線状であることを特徴とするヒータ。 - 請求項1に記載のヒータと、前記リードと電気的に接続されて前記ヒータを保持する金属製保持部材とを備えたことを特徴とするグロープラグ。
