Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの第1のフィルタ媒体(2)と少なくとも1つの第2のフィルタ媒体(3)を有し、前記第1のフィルタ媒体(2)と前記第2のフィルタ媒体(3)の間に流れ空間(4)が形成され、前記流れ空間内へ、分離し、かつ流れを案内する装置(5)が挿入されており、かつ流れ空間を、それぞれ機能室(25、26)が第1のフィルタ媒体(2)ないし第2のフィルタ媒体(3)に隣接するように分割し、第1のフィルタ媒体(2)が中空室(21)を外側へ向かって、第2のフィルタ媒体(3)が中空室(22)を内側へ向かって形成しており、かつ中空室(21、22)がそれぞれ少なくとも1つの流体ガイド(23、24)に接続可能である、フィルタにおいて、
流れ空間(4)の両方の機能室(25、26)が、少なくとも1つの他の流体ガイド(27)に接続可能であって、当該流体ガイド(27)が前記流体ガイド(23、24)から分離されており、
前記分離しかつ流れを案内する装置(5)が、互いに分離された通路ガイド(9)を有しており、前記通路ガイドが、流れ空間(4)の内部でそれぞれ第1のフィルタ媒体(2)と第2のフィルタ媒体(3)から来る個々の流体流(6、7)を移送するために用いられ、
互いに分離された通路ガイド(9)が、波形の個別通路(10)から形成されており、前記個別通路が2つの形成壁(11)の間に延びており、前記形成壁がそれぞれフィルタ媒体(2、3)の内壁と外壁に隣接していることを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 第1のフィルタ媒体(2)と第2のフィルタ媒体(3)及び流れ空間(4)が、フィルタ(1)の長手軸(8)に対して同心に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 一番外側でフィルタ(1)に配置されている第1のフィルタ媒体(2)のための流れ方向が、外側から内側へ向かって、隣接する第2のフィルタ媒体(3)のための流れ方向が内側から外側へ向かって、共通の流れ空間(4)内で行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ。
- 形成壁(11)が、多孔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1のフィルタ媒体(2)と第2のフィルタ媒体(3)が、異なるフィルタ細度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1のフィルタ媒体(2)と第2のフィルタ媒体(3)が、繊維形状の不織のフリースから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1のフィルタ媒体(2)と第2のフィルタ媒体(3)が、プリーツをよせたフィルタ材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1のフィルタ媒体(2)が、未濾流体流(6)へ向いた側(12)に、その濾液側(13)におけるよりも大きい穴大きさ又はメッシュ幅を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- フィルタ(1)が、円筒形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1のフィルタ媒体(2)と第2のフィルタ媒体(3)が、フィルタ(1)の底部分(14)とカバー(15)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1のフィルタ媒体(2)に、第2のフィルタ媒体(3)とは異なる未濾液が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 第1のフィルタ媒体(2)が、未濾液のための第1のフィルタ段を形成し、第2のフィルタ媒体(3)が第2のフィルタ段を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
- 分離し、かつ流れを案内する装置(5)が、濾液と未濾液の逆の流れ方向を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ。
