Claims (1)
- 対向する端部のうちの一方の端部に凹部が形成され、他方の端部に前記凹部と凹凸嵌合可能な凸部が形成され、前記凹部と前記凸部の凹凸嵌合によって隣接する金属サイディングが相互に連結可能な、表面材と裏面材の内部に芯材が充填された金属サイディングであって、
前記凹部では、表面側の接触片と、奥行き側の固定片とが連結凹部を介して形成されており、
前記接触片は、化粧面部と、この化粧面部から奥行き側へ屈曲する屈曲面部と、この屈曲面部から折り返して前記化粧面部側へ向かって傾斜する傾斜面部とを有し、
前記連結凹部は、前記接触片の前記傾斜面部の端部から奥行き方向に向かって延びる第1の当接面部を有し、
前記固定片は、内部に前記芯材が充填されており、前記連結凹部側から金属サイディングの端部外側へ延びる固定部と、この固定部から奥行き側へ屈曲する屈曲部と、この屈曲部から金属サイディングの端部内側へ折り返して延びて金属サイディングの裏面に至る背面部とを有し、
前記凸部は、表面側に設けられた挿入部と、奥行き側に設けられた嵌合溝とを有し、
前記挿入部は、目地底面部と、この目地底面部の先端部から奥行き方向へ略直角に屈曲して延びる第2の当接面部と、この第2の当接面部の奥行き側端部から金属サイディングの端部内側へ折り返して延びる前記目地底面部と略平行な前壁部とを有し、
前記嵌合溝は、前記前壁部と、この前壁部の端部から奥行き側へ屈曲する溝底部とを有し、
2つの金属サイディングのうちの一方の前記凹部と他方の前記凸部とを凹凸嵌合させると、前記凹部に前記凸部の前記挿入部が挿入され、前記凸部の前記嵌合溝に前記凹部の前記固定片が挿入され、前記凹部の前記傾斜面部の先端部と前記凸部の前記目地底面部とが線接触し、前記凹部の前記固定部と前記凸部の前記前壁部とが面接触し、前記凹部の前記第1の当接面部と前記凸部の前記第2の当接面部とが面接触することを特徴とする金属サイディング。
