Description
Claims (15)
- 濾過される空気が流れるフィルタハウジング(12)内に配置されたメインフィルタエレメント(22)を備えるフィルタ装置(10)であって、前記フィルタハウジング(12)の軸方向の一端側が吸引側(14)、他端側が流出側(16)として構成されるとともに、前記フィルタハウジング(12)の横方向には、前記メインフィルタエレメント(22)を前記フィルタハウジング(12)内に配置するためのハウジング受け(66)が設けられ、前記メインフィルタエレメント(22)が、少なくとも2つの半径方向に入れ子状のフィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)を有する複数蛇腹フィルタとして実施され、少なくとも1つのフィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)を通って前記半径方向に流れ、前記フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)間に、前記メインフィルタエレメント(22)の端面と連通する前記空気の流れ空間(44)が形成され、各フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)が、星形に配置されたフィルタ折り畳み部を有する星形のフィルタであり、前記メインフィルタエレメント(22)の少なくとも1つの端面にて、前記フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)の一方と前記フィルタハウジング(12)の間にシール(36)が配置され、
前記フィルタ装置(10)は、前記メインフィルタエレメント(22)とは別部材として構成される、前記ハウジング受け(66)を閉鎖する板状の蓋部と、該蓋部に対して垂直方向に延在する前記ハウジング受け(66)内に挿入可能な挿入レール(70)とを有する横方向インサート(38)をさらに備え、該横方向インサート(38)が前記ハウジング受け(66)内に挿入されると、該横方向インサート(38)の前記挿入レール(70)が前記フィルタハウジング(12)の案内突起(68)に案内されて、前記フィルタハウジング(12)内に装着されている前記メインフィルタエレメント(22)を軸方向に移動させて前記フィルタハウジング(12)に押し付け、これにより前記メインフィルタエレメント(22)がシール(36,96,90)によって前記フィルタハウジング(12,104)に対して軸方向に密封されるように構成されており、
更に、前記空気が吸引される吸引側に夫々位置する、半径方向内側に配置された第1のフィルタ蛇腹部(32)と半径方向外側に配置された第2のフィルタ蛇腹部(34)とが、カバーリング(40、92、108)によって閉鎖されていることを特徴とするフィルタ装置。 - 相互にすぐ近くに隣接するフィルタ折り畳み部の少なくとも1つの部分が、フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)の1つの軸方向端面に前縁部接着接続部(60)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 少なくとも1つのフィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)の少なくとも1つの端面に、カバー要素(28,40,90,92,108)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記カバー要素が、カバーリング(40,92,108)又はカバーディスク(28,90)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 1つの端面にある第1のフィルタ蛇腹部(32)がカバーリング(40,92,108)によって覆われ、前記第2のフィルタ蛇腹部(34)が反対側の前記端面にてカバーリング(40,92,108)によって覆われることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタ蛇腹部が個々の蛇腹(32,34)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)の1つが、円筒形で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)の1つが、円錐形で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)間の前記流れ空間(44)が、前記メインフィルタエレメント(22)の前記軸方向長さにわたって変化する断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記流れ空間(44)の前記断面が、前記流出側(16)に向かって増大することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記流れ空間(44)の前記断面が、前記軸方向に一定の率で変化することを特徴とする、請求項9又は10に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)間の前記流れ空間(44)が支持フレーム(30)によってフレーム付けされることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記流れ空間(44)が清浄なチャンバを形成し、前記吸引側(14)に対して軸方向に閉鎖されることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記流れ空間(44)を半径方向に画定する前記フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)それぞれを通って前記流れ空間(44)の方向の半径方向に流れることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
- 前記フィルタ蛇腹部(32,34)の1つが軸方向吸引部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタ装置。
