Description
先ず、本発明の溶接ワイヤに対して詳しく説明する。本発明のフラックスコアードアーク溶接ワイヤは次の組成を含む(以下、重量%)。
以下、本発明のワイヤを利用して製造された溶接継手に対して詳しく説明する。本発明の溶接継手は次の組成を含む(以下、重量%)。
下記表1の組成を有する溶接ワイヤを製造し、上記ワイヤを利用して、100%CO2保護ガスを適用して0.8〜2.7kJ/mm入熱量でフラックスコアードアーク溶接(FCAW)をした。
本発明のフラックスコアード溶接ワイヤを使用する場合のスパッタ発生量を測定して溶接作業性の改善を観察した。
Claims (11)
- 重量%で、C:0.01〜0.1%、Si:0.3〜1.4%、Mn:1.0〜3.0%、Ti+TiO:4.0〜7.5%、Ni:0.01〜3.0%、B:0.01〜0.2%を含み、
Y:0.02〜0.42%またはREM:0.02〜0.56%を含み、残りはFe及び不可避な不純物を含み、
溶接継手の微細組織は針状フェライトが面積分率で86%以上である、溶接継手低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れたフラックスコアードアーク溶接ワイヤ。 - 前記Y及びREMを両方とも含む場合、Y及びREMの和が0.19〜0.65%である、請求項1に記載の溶接継手低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れたフラックスコアードアーク溶接ワイヤ。
- 前記溶接ワイヤはNb:0.15%以下をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の溶接継手低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れたフラックスコアードアーク溶接ワイヤ。
- 前記溶接ワイヤは280A−30Vの溶接条件におけるアーク溶接時のスパッタ発生量が2.0mg/min以下である、請求項1に記載の溶接作業性に優れたフラックスコアードアーク溶接ワイヤ。
- 重量%で、C:0.01〜0.1%、Si:0.1〜0.5%、Mn:0.5〜2.0%、Ti:0.02〜0.1%、Ni:0.01〜3.0%、B:5〜60ppmを含み、
Y:5〜250ppm及びREM:5〜250ppmのうち1種または2種を含み、残りはFe及び不可避な不純物を含み、
溶接継手の微細組織は針状フェライトが面積分率で86%以上である、低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れた溶接継手。 - 前記溶接継手はNb:0.02%以下をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れた溶接継手。
- 前記溶接継手はTi、Mn、Y及びREMのうち一つ以上からなる複合介在物を含み、平均粒径が0.01〜0.1μmである複合介在物が全体複合介在物の65%以下である、請求項5または6に記載の低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れた溶接継手。
- 前記複合介在物の個数が1mm2当たり200個以上である、請求項7に記載の低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れた溶接継手。
- 前記溶接継手の旧オーステナイトの大きさが400μm以下である、請求項5または6に記載の低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れた溶接継手。
- 前記溶接継手は−80℃での低温衝撃靭性が60J以上である、請求項5または6に記載の低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れた溶接継手。
- 前記溶接継手は−60℃での低温CTOD特性が0.25mm以上である、請求項5または6に記載の低温靭性及び溶接作業性に優れた溶接継手。
