Description
Claims (10)
- 電機子(4)のための軸方向ガイド(3)を備えた第1ハウジング部(2)と、該第1ハウジング部(2)に同軸配置された第2ハウジング部(9)とを有すると共に、前記電機子(4)は、前記第1ハウジング部(2)を少なくとも部分的に囲むソレノイド(5)の外部への作用によって内部に向かって方向付けられ、リセットばね(6)と、弁閉止部材(7)に作用する閉止要素(27)とを有する、流体を制御するための電磁弁において、
前記第1ハウジング部(2)は、前記電機子(4)と前記第2ハウジング部(9)の方向において内部に向かって方向付けられかつ前記第1ハウジング部(2)と前記第2ハウジング部(9)の互いからの磁気分離に少なくとも部分的に作用する減壁部(17)を有することを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 前記第1ハウジング部(2)は、前記電機子(4)のための前記軸方向ガイド(3)を実質的に形成する極管としての薄壁スリーブ(14)を有し、前記第2ハウジング部(9)は前記薄壁スリーブ(14)に少なくとも部分的に接するようにして前記薄壁スリーブ(14)内に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記薄壁スリーブ(14)は、その内周(19)に溝(18)の形態なる前記減壁部(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記溝(18)は、前記薄壁スリーブ(14)の内周(19)上で平坦に延びる側面(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記減壁部(17)は、前記電機子(4)の、前記第2ハウジング部(9)に重なる重複部分(21)内に位置し、前記電機子(4)のリング状端部(39)は、前記電機子(4)に隣接する第2ハウジング部(9)の側において前記第2ハウジング部(9)の階段状肩部と重なることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記減壁部(17)は、前記電機子(4)の、前記第2ハウジング部(9)に重なる重複部分(21)内に位置し、前記電機子(4)のリング状端部(39)は、前記電機子(4)に隣接する第2ハウジング部(9)の側において前記第2ハウジング部(9)の階段状肩部と重なり、
前記電機子(4)から前記第2ハウジング部(9)に向けて離れる位置において、前記薄壁スリーブ(14)の前記溝(18)の中央部は、前記重複部分(21)にある空所に重なることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記第1ハウジング部(2)と前記第2ハウジング部(9)は、プラグ接続として互いに接続されると共に、該プラグ接続においては、前記第1ハウジング部(2)は、弁の作動の軸方向から見て前記第2ハウジング部(9)と少なくとも部分的に重複すると共に、フランジ端縁として作られる前記第1ハウジング部(2)の一自由端は、前記第2ハウジング部(9)の周溝(16)と整合することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第1ハウジング部(2)のもう一方の自由端は、前記弁閉止部材(7)のための弁本体(35)を形成し、前記弁閉止部材(7)は、前記閉止要素(27)によって付随的に制御される範囲で、前記弁本体(35)にある2つの弁口(29,30)との間の流体搬送接続を開放したり閉鎖したりすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記第2ハウジング部(9)は、ステム(8)に動的に接続されたセットねじ(23)を有し、該セットねじが手動で作動された際には、前記ステム(8)は、軸方向に経路化された凹部(10)に沿って前記第2ハウジング部(9)を通り少なくとも部分的に延びる延長部(11)を伴い、前記電機子(4)と共に、前記弁閉止部材(7)の開口部という意味の位置へと移動できることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記電磁弁は、他の弁のパイロット弁として機能することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
