Description
また、マルチフィラメントを束ねた炭素繊維束の1束ないし複数束であっても、撚りがかからずに簡単に巻縫いできて製織することができ、非常に細く折れやすい単炭素繊維糸を切断することなく、炭素繊維糸の強度を低下させることを防止できる炭素繊維強化複合材料を成形することができる。特に、被補強物に補強する場合に従来に比して少ない積層で補強でき、補強の手間を低減できて補強することができる。

Claims (2)
- オーバロックミシンやロックミシンのメローミシンでマルチフィラメントを束ねた炭素繊維束の1束ないし複数束に熱可塑性の合成繊維糸の掛合糸をループ状に巻縫い掛合して炭素繊維束糸を成形し、この成形した炭素繊維束糸を経糸および/または緯糸として所定の大きさの織物に作製し、作製した炭素繊維束糸の織物を加熱して熱可塑性の合成繊維糸の掛合糸を溶融させて炭素繊維強化複合材料を成形することを特徴とする織物による炭素繊維強化複合材料の成形方法。
- マルチフィラメントを束ねた炭素繊維束の1束ないし複数束にロックミシンのメローミシンで2〜5mmピッチで熱可塑性の合成繊維糸の掛合糸をループ状に巻縫い掛合して炭素繊維束糸を成形し、この熱可塑性の合成繊維糸の掛合糸を巻縫いした炭素繊維束糸による織物を複数層重ね合わせる請求項1に記載の織物による炭素繊維強化複合材料の成形方法。
