Description
基油:
使用することができる鉱物基油には、減圧蒸留、溶剤脱歴、溶剤抽出、溶剤脱蝋、水素化脱蝋、接触脱蝋、水素化分解、酸による洗浄、又はハイドロファイニングの組合せから成る方法により精製された油が含まれる。
添加剤を該混合物の中で使用することも出来る。乳化剤、界面活性剤、分散剤、及び洗浄剤のような成分を使用してもよい。
天然ガス燃焼からの灰沈着物が積まれた機関部品を、水酸化カリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化アンモニウム、及び水酸化カルシウムの水性溶液中に浸して、灰沈着物を除去する際のそれらの有効性を測定した。結果は以下の通りである。
Claims (15)
- 軽質炭化水素ガス燃焼室から灰沈着物を除去する方法であって、該ガス燃焼室をアルカリ金属水酸化物と接触させることを含む前記方法。
- 該室に水をかけて灰沈着物を除去する前に、灰沈着物をはがれ落ち始めさせるのに十分な長さの時間、アルカリ金属水酸化物が灰沈着物との接触を保つ、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該燃焼室が軽質炭化水素ガス用火花点火機関から成っている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該軽質炭化水素ガスがC1〜C4炭化水素から成っている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該軽質炭化水素ガスが天然ガスから成っている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該方法が、機関が空運転している間に該機関の中へアルカリ金属水酸化物の溶液を注入すること、機関を停止させること、及び、機関からエンジン・オイルを排出してアルカリ金属水酸化物及び灰沈着物を除去することを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 該アルカリ金属水酸化物濃度が0.05〜0.15Mである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該燃焼室が発電機中に位置している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該灰沈着物が10重量%未満の炭素を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該灰沈着物がシロキサン及び金属化合物を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 該アルカリ金属水酸化物が水性溶液の形で注入される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 該アルカリ金属水酸化物が油性溶液の形で注入される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 燃料として天然ガスを使用した乗り物の機関であって、気化器に灰沈着物を有する該機関を清浄にする方法であって、
機関を空回転で動かすこと、
該灰沈着物をはがれ落ち始めさせるのに十分な長さの時間、アルカリ金属水酸化物を霧として機関中に注入すること、
機関を停止させること、及び
機関からエンジン・オイルを排出し、アルカリ金属水酸化物及び灰沈着物を除去することを含む方法。 - 該方法が少なくとも二度目に繰返される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 該灰沈着物を軟化させるのに十分な長さの時間、アルカリ金属水酸化物が灰沈着物との接触を保つ、請求項1に記載の方法。
