Description
Claims (10)
- 上面(14)と、前記上面(14)に対向する底面(15)と、少なくとも2つの柱状のリチウムイオン蓄電池セル(11)からの4つの側面(17)を有する外被面(16)と、を備えたリチウムイオン蓄電池セルスタック(12)を有するリチウムイオン蓄電池(10)を締め付ける方法において、
前記リチウムイオン蓄電池セルスタック(12)の前記締付は、前記外被面(16)の領域内に張設された少なくとも1つの締付ベルト(20)を用いて行われるが、締付ベルト(20)の末端(22)は張力が掛からない状態に保たれ、前記張力が掛からない状態において、前記締付ベルト(20)の前記末端(22)は、直接的に互いに接合され、又は、前記外被面(16)の1つの側面(17)上若しくは互いに対向する2つの側面(17)上に配置された1つ若しくは2つのプレート(18、19)を利用して、間接的に互いに接合されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記リチウムイオン蓄電池セルスタック(12)は、前記少なくとも1つの締付ベルト(20)の前記張設の前又は前記張設の間に圧縮される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの締付ベルト(20)の前記末端(22)の前記直接的又は間接的な接合は、溶接接合(21)又はねじ接合又はクランプ接合によって形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記締付ベルト(20)の前記末端(22)は、貫通孔(23)を有し、前記貫通孔(23)内に器具がはめ込まれて前記締付ベルト(20)が張設され、貫通孔(23)と前記締付ベルト(20)の末端との間の領域は、張力が掛からない状態に保たれる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上面(14)と、前記上面(14)に対向する底面(15)と、少なくとも2つの柱状のリチウムイオン蓄電池セル(11)からの4つの側面(17)を有する外被面(16)と、を備えたリチウムイオン蓄電池セルスタック(12)を有するリチウムイオン蓄電池において、
前記外被面(16)の領域内に、少なくとも1つの締付ベルト(20)が張設され、前記締付ベルト(20)の末端(22)は張力が掛からない状態に保たれ、前記張力が掛からない状態において、前記締付ベルト(20)の前記末端(22)は、直接的に互いに接合され、又は、前記外被面(16)の1つの側面(17)上又は互いに対向する2つの側面(17)上に配置された1つ又は2つのプレート(18、19)によって互いに接合され、前記少なくとも1つの締付ベルト(20)の前記末端(22)の領域内にはそれぞれ貫通孔(23)が存在し、前記貫通孔(23)内に器具がはめ込まれて前記締付ベルト(20)が張設され、貫通孔(23)と前記締付ベルト(20)の末端との間の領域は、張力が掛からない状態に保たれる、ことを特徴とする、リチウムイオン蓄電池。 - 前記締付ベルト(20)の前記末端(22)の前記接合は、溶接接合(21)又はねじ接合又はクランプ接合によって形成される、請求項5に記載のリチウムイオン蓄電池。
- スペーサは、前記少なくとも1つの締付ベルト(20)を、少なくとも接合箇所で、前記リチウムイオン蓄電池セルスタック(12)の前記外被面(16)から離すことを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のリチウムイオン蓄電池。
- 前記締付ベルト(20)は、少なくともその末端(22)が、前記1つのプレート(18、19)又は複数のプレート(18、19)と接合される、請求項5又は6に記載のリチウムイオン蓄電池。
- 前記リチウムイオン蓄電池セルスタック(12)は、6つのリチウムイオン蓄電池セル(11)を有する、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン蓄電池。
- 車両を駆動するための電動機と、前記電動機と接続され又は接続可能な請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン蓄電池(10)と、を備えた車両。
