a)細胞が収容される培養室と、
b)前記培養室に連通した培地導入流路と、
c)前記培養室に連通した培地排出流路と、
d)前記培養室と培地排出流路の間に設けられた多孔質フィルタと、
を有することを特徴としている。
本体と、該本体の上部に着脱可能に取り付けられる蓋部とを有し、
前記培養室が前記本体に形成され、且つ該培養室が前記本体の上面に開口部を有するものであり、
前記培地排出流路が前記蓋部に形成され、且つ該培地排出流路が前記開口部と対向する前記蓋部下面の位置に開口部を有するものであって、
前記多孔質フィルタが前記本体と蓋部の間に配置されているものとすることが望ましい。
即ち、本発明に係る細胞培養方法は、上記本発明に係る細胞培養システムを用いた細胞培養方法であって、前記細胞培養用デバイスの培養室に足場材をコーティングし、該培養室に培地を連続送液しながら該培養室内で内皮細胞と肝実質細胞とを共培養することを特徴とするものである。

Claims (4)
- a)本体と、
b)該本体の上部に着脱可能に取り付けられる蓋部と、
c)細胞が収容される培養室と、
d)前記培養室に連通した培地導入流路と、
e)前記培養室に連通した培地排出流路と、
を有し、
前記培養室が前記本体に形成され、且つ該培養室が前記本体の上面に開口部を有するものであり、
前記培地排出流路が前記蓋部に形成され、且つ該培地排出流路が前記開口部と対向する前記蓋部下面の位置に開口部を有するものであって、
前記培養室と培地排出流路の接続部に対応する位置に貫通孔を備えた自己吸着性を有するシート材と前記貫通孔を閉塞するように配置された多孔質フィルタとを有するシール部材が、前記蓋部の下面に固定された状態で前記本体と蓋部の間に配置されていることを特徴とする細胞培養デバイス。 - 前記培地導入流路と前記培養室の接続部が、該培養室の高さ方向の中間部に、該培養室の周方向全域に亘って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞培養デバイス。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の細胞培養デバイスと、該細胞培養デバイスの培地導入流路に培地を送液する送液機構とを有することを特徴とする細胞培養システム。
- 請求項3に記載の細胞培養システムを用いた細胞培養方法であって、
前記細胞培養デバイスの培養室に足場材をコーティングし、該培養室に培地を連続送液しながら該培養室内で内皮細胞と肝実質細胞とを共培養することを特徴とすることを特徴とする細胞培養方法。
