Description
二峰性細孔サイズ分布を有する第1触媒であって、水素化金属、酸化無機物粒子および支持体を含み、水素化金属は6列金属からなり、および酸化無機物粒子は多くとも150マイクロメートルの平均粒子サイズを有する第1触媒;
水素化金属および支持体を含む第2触媒であって、水素化金属は6列金属からなり、および支持体はシリカ−アルミナを含む第2触媒、
を含む触媒系を提供する。
本発明を以下の図によって説明する:
本明細書で用いられる酸化無機物粒子は特定の粒子サイズまで粉砕されている金属酸化物の粒子と理解される。
原油供給物は、全原油供給物を基準にして、好ましくは少なくとも1重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも20重量%、さらにより好ましくは少なくとも30重量%の残滓含有量を有する。
支持体のグラムあたりシリカ0.02グラムおよびアルミナ0.98グラムを含有する支持体(4103.4グラム)を三酸化モリブデン(409グラム)と合わせ、Mo/支持体混合物をランカスターマーラー内で形成した。マーラーを稼動させながら、脱イオン水(2906.33グラム)をMo/支持体混合物に添加し、58%の強熱減量が得られるまでこの混合物を混練した。共混練の間、20から30分ごとに粉末の緻密性を監視し、強熱減量値が得られるまで(700℃、1時間で測定される強熱減量を基準にして)脱イオン水1重量%を混合物に添加した。緻密Mo/支持体粉末のpHは4.63であった。
触媒を以下の様式で調製した。Ni(NO3)377.7グラムおよび脱イオン水137.7グラムを合わせてスラリーを形成することによってニッケル溶液を作製した。このスラリーを透明になるまで加熱し、合わせたニッケル溶液重量を3807グラムに上昇させるのに十分な脱イオン水を添加した。シリカ2重量%およびアルミナ98重量%(支持体を基準とする重量パーセンテージ)を含有する支持体(3208.56グラム)をマーラー内でニッケル溶液およびMoO3(417.57グラム)と合わせた。混練の間、4191.71脱イオン水を混合物に添加し、この混合物を45分間混練した。得られる混合物は4.75のpHおよび混合物あたり59.4重量%のLOIを有していた。
サーモウェルが中心に位置する管状反応器は触媒床全体にわたって温度を測定するための熱電対を備えていた。触媒床はサーモウェルと反応器の内壁との間の空間を触媒および炭化ケイ素(20−グリッド、Stanford Materials;Aliso Viejo、CA)で充填することによって形成した。このような炭化ケイ素は本明細書で説明されるプロセス条件の下では、あるとしても低い触媒特性を有するものと信じられる。すべての触媒を炭化ケイ素等体積量と配合した後、この混合物を反応器の接触域部分に入れた。
用いられる触媒を除いて、実施例5を反復し、並びに装置、硫化手順、原油供給物および操作条件は実施例5と同じであった。実施例5において用いられる触媒の代わりに、触媒A、B1およびCの組み合わせを2:6:2の触媒A対触媒B1対触媒Cの体積比で用いた。
用いられる触媒を除いて、実施例5を反復し、並びに装置、硫化手順、原油供給物および操作条件は実施例5と同じであった。実施例5において用いられる触媒の代わりに、触媒A、B1およびCの組み合わせを4:4:2の触媒A対触媒B1対触媒Cの体積比で用いた。
Claims (13)
- 二峰性細孔サイズ分布を有する第1触媒であって、水素化金属、酸化無機物粒子および支持体を含み、水素化金属は6列金属からなり、および酸化無機物粒子は多くとも150マイクロメートルの平均粒子サイズを有する第1触媒;
水素化金属および支持体を含む第2触媒であって、水素化金属は6列金属からなり、および支持体はシリカ−アルミナを含む第2触媒、
を含み、
第2触媒が第1触媒の下流に位置する
ことを特徴とする、水素源の存在下における原油供給物の処理のための触媒系。 - 第1触媒の第2触媒に対する体積比が1:9から6:4の範囲にある請求項1に記載の触媒系。
- 第1触媒が6列金属以外の水素化金属を本質的に含有せず、さらに第2触媒が6列金属以外の水素化金属を本質的に含有しない、請求項1に記載の触媒系。
- 引き続く第3触媒をさらに含み、第3触媒は第1水素化金属、第2水素化金属および支持体を含み、第1水素化金属は6列金属であり、第2水素化金属は9列金属または10列金属である、請求項1に記載の触媒系。
- 第3触媒が第2触媒の体積量以下である体積量で存在する、請求項4に記載の触媒系。
- 第1および/または第2触媒が15列元素を含有する、請求項1に記載の触媒系。
- 触媒中の水素化金属の量が最も上流に位置する触媒から最も下流に位置する触媒に向かって増加する、請求項1に記載の触媒系。
- 触媒中の水素化金属の合計量が最も上流に位置する触媒から最も下流に位置する触媒に向かって増加する、請求項4に記載の触媒系。
- 原油供給物を水素源の存在下で請求項1から8のいずれか一項において請求される触媒系と接触させることを含む、原油供給物の処理方法。
- 接触を350℃から450℃の範囲の温度で行う、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 接触を少なくとも3MPaの圧力で行う、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 触媒系の触媒が固定床に据えられる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 加重平均床温度の上昇が1000時間あたり5℃未満である、請求項12に記載の方法。
