Claims (7)
- 基材及び少なくとも一つの端部平面(3)を備え、衝撃掘削用削岩機(1)の一部になるようにされたケーシング部品(1a−1g)において、
端部平面(3)が少なくとも第一の区域(4)及び第二の区域(8)から成り、
第一の区域(4)が端部平面(3)の外部輪郭(5)の少なくとも一部分(5a)を含み且つ耐腐食性の材料から成り、また
第二の区域(8)が基材で構成されていること
を特徴とするケーシング部品。 - 第一の区域(4)が端部平面(3)の外部輪郭(5)を完全に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケーシング部品。
- 第二の区域(8)が耐腐食性の材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜2の何れか一項に記載のケーシング部品。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の二つのケーシング部品(1c、1d)を含むハンマー削岩機の継手(11)において、
耐腐食性の材料から成る第一の領域(4c、4d)が同一形状であり、そして第一の領域(4c、4d)が、分割平面(7)に密封接触状態で配置されていることを特徴とするハンマー削岩機の継手。 - 請求項4に記載の少なくとも一つの継手(11)を有する衝撃掘削用に構成された削岩機(1)において、
継手(11)が放射状に位置決めされて、耐腐食性の材料から成る第一の区域(4c、4d)が互いにかぶさり合いそして腐食の危険の最大となる削岩機の区域に配置されるように構成したこと
を特徴とする衝撃掘削用削岩機。 - 多数のケーシング部品(1a−1g)を備えた多数の継手(11)を有し、各ケーシング部品(1a−1g)が少なくとも一つの端部平面(3)を備え、端部平面(3)が少なくとも第一の区域(4)及び第二の区域(8)から成り、
第一の区域(4)が端部平面(3)の外部輪郭(5)の少なくとも一つの部分(5a)を含み且つ耐腐食性の材料から成り、また第二の区域(8)が基材から成っている、衝撃掘削用削岩機(1)を腐食から保護する方法において、
多数の継手(11)の第一の区域(4)が互いにかぶさり合って密封を形成するように、対を成して形成される第一の区域(4)に多数のケーシング部品(1a−1g)を結合することによって削岩機を組立てること、及び
動作中に油と空気の混合物によって削岩機(1)の継手(11)を加圧して、各継手の第一の区域(4)が密封し、油と空気の混合物の流出を防ぎ、しかも同時に周囲の腐食性の水が構成部材の分割平面(7)に浸入するのを防ぎ、それにより、油と空気の混合物が各分割平面(7)の一部である第二の区域(8)を潤滑すること
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 油と空気の混合物が、端部平面(3)の意図的な溝に流れてこれらの平面を潤滑するようにされることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
