Abstract

A device for retaining a film of a corrosion-inhibiting fluid on the surface of a portion of a marine installation comprises a sleeve (2) of flexible material secured in a fluid- tight manner around the installation so that a sealable space is defined between the installation and the sleeve. The space is filled with a corrosion-inhibiting fluid and subsequently sealed. <IMAGE>
