Claims (7)
- 熱交換器(3)を同心状に取り囲み本質的に半径方向に流通される少なくとも1つの触媒床(2)を有するアンモニア転化装置(1)であって、転化装置の挿入部品外壁(9)と前記触媒(2)の外側シリンダケース(10)との間に、および/または触媒(2)の内側シリンダ壁(15)と熱交換器管を取り囲む導流シリンダ(16)との間に外側または内側環状空間(8、14)が設けられているアンモニア転化装置(1)であり、
環状空間(8、14)の少なくとも1つに、1つまたは複数の環状空間を通り螺旋形に導流するためのスタチックミキサー(11)を備えることを特徴とする、前記アンモニア転化装置(1)。 - 前記スタチックミキサーがバッフル板(11)として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンモニア転化装置。
- 少なくとも前記熱交換器(3)への流れの流入領域に、螺旋形の流れを発生させるための導流板(11)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のアンモニア転化装置。
- 前記環状空間に設けられているミキサー(11)が連続的な螺旋として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアンモニア転化装置。
- 前記環状空間に設けられているミキサー(11a)が分断された螺旋部分として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアンモニア転化装置。
- 前記異なる環状空間(8、14)におけるそれぞれのスタチックミキサーが、これらの空間中に同じ方向または反対方向の螺旋形の流れが形成されるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のアンモニア転化装置。
- 前記触媒床(2、4)を通る前記流通の方向が、外側から内側に半径方向に、または内側から外側に半径方向に向いていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアンモニア転化装置。
