Description
媒含有率が比較的少ない湿潤フィルム12を保持する場合にはクリップを用いることが好ましい。したがって、溶媒含有率が非常に多いうちにドラム26から剥ぎ取られて搬送される冷却流延の場合には、湿潤フィルム12の搬送方向に沿って、ふたつのテンタ装置16を設け、上流側の一方はピンを保持手段とするピンテンタ装置、下流側の他方はクリップを保持手段とするクリップテンタ装置とすることが好ましく、乾燥流延の場合には、保持手段をクリップとするクリップテンタ装置のみを使用することが好ましい。

セルロースを構成するβ−1,4結合しているグルコース単位は、2位,3位および6位に遊離の水酸基を有している。セルロースアシレートは、これらの水酸基の一部または全部を炭素数2以上のアシル基によりエステル化した重合体(ポリマー)である。アシル置換度は、2位,3位および6位それぞれについて、セルロースの水酸基がエステル化している割合(100%のエステル化の場合を置換度1とする)を意味する。
数が3〜12のケトン、炭素原子数が3〜12のエステル、炭素数1〜12のアルコールが好ましく、これらを適宜混合して用いる場合もある。例えば、酢酸メチル,アセトン,エタノール,n−ブタノールの混合溶媒が挙げられる。これらのエーテル、ケトン,エステルおよびアルコールは、環状構造を有するものであってもよい。また、エーテル、ケトン,エステルおよびアルコールの官能基(すなわち、−O−,−CO−,−COO−および−OH)のいずれかを2つ以上有する化合物も溶媒として用いることができる。
Claims (3)
- ポリマーと溶媒とを含むドープが流延されてセルローストリアセテートフィルムが形成される流延支持体の表面清掃方法において、
糸密度が15万〜20万本/cm3で毛先長さが1〜6mmの糸からなる布で清掃用溶剤を浸して前記流延支持体を拭き、
前記布を構成する糸の太さが0.1〜5D(デニール)であり、
前記布を構成する糸の材質はポリエステル及びナイロンであり、
前記清掃用溶剤は、ジクロロメタンを前記清掃用溶剤の全体に対して50重量%、または、75重量%含有することを特徴とする流延支持体の表面清掃方法。 - 前記清掃用溶剤は、前記布を構成する糸の材質を溶解しないものを選択することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流延支持体の表面清掃方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の表面清掃方法で汚れを拭き取った流延支持体にポリマー溶液を流延して、該流延支持体上で溶剤を蒸発させて膜を形成する工程と、該膜を前記流延支持体から剥離ローラで剥離する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする溶液製膜フィルムの製造方法。
