Claims (12)
- 吸引カテーテルであって、
概ねチューブ状の本体部であって、前記本体部を貫通して形成されたルーメン、外周面、前記ルーメンと連通する開口を有する遠位端及び前記ルーメンと連通する開口を有すると共に吸引源に接続可能に構成された近位端を有する本体部と、
前記本体部の前記遠位端の近傍に前記カテーテルの周方向に横材によって互いに隔てられて等間隔に設けられ、遠近両端及び或る面積を有する3つの開口部とを含むことにより、
前記カテーテルが或る面と衝突したときに、前記横材が外向きに座屈するように構成され、
前記外周面における前記開口部の前記遠近両端間の帯域の面積に対する前記複数の開口部の総面積の比率が28%ないし42%となるようにしたことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルであって、
前記開口部の形状がレーストラック形であることを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテルであって、
前記カテーテルが、熱可塑性ポリウレタンエラストマー、熱可塑性ポリオレフィンエラストマー、熱可塑性ポリオレフィンブロックコポリマー、SBSジブロックエラストマー、SEBSトリブロックエラストマー、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリエチレンテレフタレート及びそれらの配合物または混合物から成る群より選択された材料から製造されたことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルであって、
ASTM D2240に従って、55Aないし90Aのショア硬さを有することを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルであって、
前記開口部の近位端が、前記カテーテル遠位端から1.14mmないし2.54mmの距離に位置することを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項5に記載のカテーテルであって、
各開口部における前記開口部の前記近位端から前記カテーテルの前記遠位端までの距離が、50%を超えて互いに異ならないようにしたことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項5に記載のカテーテルであって、
各開口部における前記開口部の前記近位端から前記カテーテルの前記遠位端までの距離が、25%を超えて互いに異ならないようにしたことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項5に記載のカテーテルであって、
前記カテーテルが或る物体と接触したときに外向きに座屈するようにしたことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテルであって、
前記開口部における幅に対する長さの比率が5未満となるようにしたことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルであって、
前記帯域は、前記カテーテルの前記遠位端から1mmないし3mmの位置から、近位方向に4mmないし6mmの幅で延在することを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルであって、
前記衝突が、前記或る面に対して垂直でないことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテルであって、
前記横材の幅が1.54mm未満であることを特徴とするカテーテル。
