Description

Claims (11)
- 所定の内径にて規定されている流路と外面とを有するフレキシブルチューブ(314)用バーブクランプ(310)であって、
前記フレキシブルチューブ(314)の端部内に配設する第1の端部(322)と流路となる一定の直径の平滑な内穴(313)とを有する管状構造を有し、前記内穴(313)の直径が前記フレキシブルチューブ(314)の内径に等しいバーブコネクタ(312)と、
前記バーブコネクタ(312)の前記第1の端部(322)上で摺動可能な貫通穴と、第1の端部(332)と、第2の端部(334)と、内面(319)と、外面(330)とを有し、前記貫通穴が前記内面(319)により規定され、前記内面(319)が第1の端部(332)において縮小環状隆起(338)に向けて内側に曲がる導入環状面(340)を有し、前記外面(330)が出張り(336)により区分される外面(330a)と外面(330b)とを有する二層構造を有し、前記外面(330a)が前記第1の端部(332)に隣接し、前記外面(330b)が前記第2の端部(334)に隣接し、前記外面(330a)の直径が前記外面(330b)の直径以下である円筒状コレット(318)と、
前記コレット(318)を摺動可能に収容する貫通穴を有し、第1の端部(354)と第2の端部(356)とを有し、前記第2の端部(356)が脆弱なタブ(328)により前記コレット(318)の第2の端部(334)に接続され、前記貫通穴が内面(351)により規定され、前記内面(351)が、第1の端部(354)側の縁(352)に隣接する拡大径方向部(358)と、出張り(360)を境界として前記拡大径方向部(358)に隣接する縮小直径部(362)と、前記縮小直径部(362)に隣接して外側に傾斜している傾斜部(364)と、前記傾斜部(364)に隣接するとともに前記縁(352)とは反対側の端部である拡大端部(366)とを有する円筒状スリーブ(320)と、を備えることを特徴とするバーブクランプ。 - 前記バーブコネクタ(312)の前記第1の端部(322)の外面が、前記内穴(313)から径方向外側に延在する傾斜面(323)を規定し、前記バーブコネクタ(312)の前記第1の端部(322)に尖端を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記コレット(318)の前記第1の端部(332)と前記第2の端部(334)が、その中に形成された貫通スリットを有し、水平方向の縁により規定された前記貫通スリットが、その間に隙間を有し、前記第2の端部(334)の前記貫通スリットが、前記第1の端部(332)の前記貫通スリットに対しオフセットしていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記スリットが、その各端部から延在し、そこで開口し、前記コレット(318)の軸方向に約3分の2延在していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記脆弱なタブ(328)が、前記コレット(318)の前記第1の端部(332)の前記貫通スリットと軸方向に一列に位置していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記スリーブ(320)の内面に形成された前記出張り(360)は、前記バーブクランプ(310)が、係止位置にあるとき、前記コレット(318)の外面上の出張りを収容することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記拡大径方向部(358)が、前記出張り(360)で始まり、前記スリーブ(320)の第1の端部(354)の径方向の縁に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記バーブクランプ(310)が、係止位置にあるとき、前記スリーブ(320)上の前記脆弱なタブ(328)が、前記コレット(318)の外面(330)を把持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記径方向の縁が、前記スリーブ(320)に対する前記コレット(318)の軸方向移動の止め具を規定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記コレット(318)が、前記第2の端部(334)で垂直に位置している平面を有し、前記脆弱なタブ(328)の一端が、前記平面に接続され、前記脆弱なタブ(328)の他端が、前記拡大端部(366)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバーブクランプ。
- 前記バーブクランプ(310)が、係止位置にあるとき、前記拡大端部(366)に接続されている前記脆弱なタブ(328)の端部が、前記コレット(318)の外面(330)を把持することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバーブクランプ。
