Claims (8)
- プリント回路基板(1)に固定されるコネクタ(3)と、
前記コネクタ(3)に摺動可能に取り付けられる一体化保持フレーム(4)を有するカバー(5)と
を含むコネクタアセンブリ(V)であって、
前記カバー(5)は開口部(6)を有し、前記保持フレーム(4)は、前記開口部(6)の表面に対して補償間隙(S)を有する内部フレームとして一体化され、
前記カバー(5)は、前記カバー(5)が前記コネクタ(3)に挿入される間に前記保持フレーム(4)が前記開口部(6)の中に整合されるように、前記開口部(6)の表面と前記保持フレーム(4)との間に可撓性接続部(7)を含み、
前記可撓性接続部(7)は、前記開口部(6)の表面と前記保持フレーム(4)との間にある前記開口部(6)の切除部(8)の中に形成される弾性アーム(7.1)を含み、
前記弾性アーム(7.1)の一端と他端とは、前記コネクタ(3)のピン(3.2)が延びる方向にずらされて設けられ、
前記カバー(5)、前記可撓性接続部(7)及び前記保持フレーム(4)は、一つの形成部品として設計されるコネクタアセンブリ(V)。 - 前記保持フレーム(4)の対向側部における少なくとも一対の締結部(F)が、前記保持フレーム(4)を前記コネクタ(3)に固定するべく設けられる、請求項1に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(V)。
- 前記締結部(F)は、ホットスタンピング接続部、クリップ接続部、スナップオン接続部、又はねじ接続部として形成される、請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(V)。
- 各締結部(F)は、前記保持フレーム(4)及び前記コネクタ(3)の一側部に整合スナップ留め部(4.2)を含み、前記保持フレーム(4)及び前記コネクタ(3)の他側部に相補的係合部材(3.3)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(V)。
- 案内スロット(9)が前記コネクタ(3)のピンソケット(3.1)と前記保持フレーム(4)との間に係合可能である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(V)。
- 前記保持フレーム(4)を前記開口部(6)の中に可動に固定するべく、前記開口部(6)の対向側部に少なくとも一対の可撓性接続部(7)が設けられる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(V)。
- 前記形成部品は鋳造部品である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(V)。
- 前記コネクタ(3)は多ピンコネクタであり、前記多ピンコネクタは、複数の離間したピン(3.2)を有する少なくとも一つのピンソケット(3.1)を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタアセンブリ(V)。
