一种板端连接器,包括连接器主体和金属防护罩,在所述金属防护罩下侧边上设有卡口,所述金属防护罩通过该卡口卡接在所述连接器主体的外壳上,在所述金属防护罩上设有至少一个弹性触片。本实用新型具有安装方便、屏蔽干扰电信号效果好的优点。

一种板端连接器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种板端连接器,尤其是一种适合于显示接口(Display Port)用的板端连接器。
背景技术
现有的板端连接器,在装在其它电器产品之上后,会与外壳或支架之间存在一字的间隙,如图5所示,这类板端连接器100安装电脑外壳200之内后,会与电脑外壳所预留的孔之间存在间隙,这种间隙会引起电信号的损失和电磁干扰,为了解决这个问题,通常是在板端连接器100的外壁上粘上一层导电泡棉300,再在导电泡棉300外层套一层金属外壳,安装后使导电泡棉300与电脑外壳200紧密接触,以此来屏蔽电信号,防止电信号从电脑外壳上的孔与板端连接器100外壳之间的间隙电信号损失和电磁干扰。采用泡棉作为屏蔽电信号的方式,虽然也可以起到作用,但是,这种结构的板端连接器制作复杂,成本较高并且安装起来也不方便,同时,也存在安装后导电泡棉300与电脑外壳100接触不良的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种安装方便、屏蔽干扰电信号效果好的板端连接器。
本实用新型可以通过以下的技术方案实现:设计一种板端连接器,包括连接器主体和金属防护罩,在所述金属防护罩下侧边上设有卡口,所述金属防护罩通过该卡口卡接在所述连接器主体的外壳上,在所述金属防护罩上设有至少一个弹性触片。
所述弹性触片为两个,两个弹性触片对称设置在所述金属防护罩上侧边上。或者,所述弹性触片为四个,其两个弹性触片对称设置在所述金属防护罩上侧边上,另外两个弹性触片分别设置在所述金属防护罩左右侧边上。
作为对本实用新型的改进,在所述卡口的上侧边上设有防侧翻支撑脚。
在所述卡口的左右两侧边上分别设有防松动卡脚。
本实用新型由于采用了在所述连接器本体外壳上卡扣有金属防护罩的结构,利用金属防护罩可以充分屏蔽电信号,从而达到安装方便、屏蔽干扰电信号效果好的效果。

具体实施方式
请参见图1至图4,图1至图4所揭示的是一种板端连接器,包括连接器主体1和一次性冲压成形的金属防护罩2,在所述金属防护罩2下侧边上设有卡口21,所述金属防护罩2通过该卡口21卡接在所述连接器主体1的外壳11上,在所述金属防护罩2上设有四个弹性触片22,其两个弹性触片22对称设置在所述金属防护罩2上侧边上,另外两个弹性触片22分别设置在所述金属防护罩2左右侧边上,弹性触片22主要用于当该金属防护罩2被卡在连接器主体1上后,用于与其它电器产品的金属外壳3相接触,起到防静电、抗干扰的作用。
显然,本实用新型中所述弹性触片可以为一个、两个、三个或五个等结构,当其为两个弹性触片22时,最好将两个弹性触片22对称设置在所述金属防护罩2上侧边上。
为了防止弹性触片22的弹力过大,而引起金属防护罩2侧翻,在金属防护罩2的卡口21的上侧边上设有防侧翻支撑脚23。为了防止金属防护罩2前后松动,在所述金属防护罩2的卡口21的左右两侧边24上分别设有防松动卡脚25,当金属防护罩2安装到位时,该防松动卡脚25利用自身的弹性可以卡在连接器本体1的侧面上的卡槽12内。

Claims (5)

1、一种板端连接器,包括连接器主体,其特征在于,还包括金属防护罩,在所述金属防护罩下侧边上设有卡口,所述金属防护罩通过该卡口卡接在所述连接器主体的外壳上,在所述金属防护罩上设有至少一个弹性触片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的板端连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性触片为两个,两个弹性触片对称设置在所述金属防护罩上侧边上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的板端连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性触片为四个,其两个弹性触片对称设置在所述金属防护罩上侧边上,另外两个弹性触片分别设置在所述金属防护罩左右侧边上。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的板端连接器,其特征在于,在所述卡口的上侧边上设有防侧翻支撑脚。
5、根据权利要求4所述的板端连接器,其特征在于,在所述卡口的左右两侧边上分别设有防松动卡脚。
