在用于传输电信号、数据、射频(RF)信号、光信号等时,需要将电子、电气、数据设备与线缆连接。通常,通过连接器或接头将线缆插入设备的相应容置槽内。
对于各类线缆连接器或接头的防水密封保护,现有技术中主要有三种产品:冷缩管、防水橡胶管和冷缩防水器件。
随着通讯、电力等的升级,设备集成度的加大,导致线缆接头连接器的不规则度明显,同时要求接头连接器能够进行拆卸、以便于设备检修、维护与更换。
然而冷缩管、防水橡胶管和冷缩防水器件由于存在下述缺陷,导致无法匹配通讯、轨道交通、电力等集成化设备升级带来的需求。例如,专利文献CN201420832745.X公开的冷缩管安装后,对接头连接器是一次性密封保护,不能拆卸,接头的拆卸只能通过冷缩管的破坏才能实现,导致线缆连接器拆装不便,给设备检修、维护带来麻烦,而且冷缩管也不可重复利用。防水橡胶套虽然可以重复安装,但对于线缆接头连接器的不规则度无法兼容,防水失效。
例如,专利文献CN202020419263.7公开的冷缩防水器件其结构包括管体、卡扣件及支撑件结构,其能够在非湿热环境下(如室内环境等)持久防水,但存在如下缺陷:卡扣件为塑料材质,通过按压塑料制件形成卡扣安装与解锁,但是塑料卡接部位在使用过程中处于受力变形状态,在户外老化过程中,塑料卡扣件易产生形变,而导致产品出现防水失效的风险,因此,该产品在高湿热环境的应用受限。

为改善现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种基于防水冷缩管的集成连接器(即连接器组件或套管)的系列产品,所述产品作为集成防水密封连接器或密封件,以满足通讯、电力、物联网、轨道交通、汽车、气象、智能家电等设备端口与线缆的密封连接或防护,该连接器适用于各类线缆和设备端口,连接器与线缆以及设备之间可拆卸连接,故可重复使用,且安装、维护、更换方便,产品性能长期稳定,受环境影响小,密封效果好。本发明的技术方案如下所述:
<单体式集成防水密封连接器>
一种集成防水密封连接器,包括橡胶管、支撑管件、金属卡扣件和塑料支撑件;
所述橡胶管呈中空结构,包括一体成型的空心结构部一、空心结构部二,和连接空心结构部一和空心结构部二的连接部;
所述支撑管件可拆卸地设置在上述空心结构部一内,用于支撑空心结构部一,当空心结构部一在拆卸所述支撑管件后能够回缩并压紧贴合在线缆上;
所述金属卡扣件可拆卸地设置在塑料支撑件内,其端部具有按压式卡接结构部,可卡接在塑料支撑件的壁上;
所述塑料支撑件设置在空心结构部二内,所述空心结构部二的第一端设置有密封结构,能够密封设备的连接端口,所述塑料支撑件与金属卡扣件的卡接 结构突出于空心结构部二的第一端。
橡胶管:
根据本发明的实施方案,所述橡胶管的所述空心结构部二、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件依次紧密贴合。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述空心结构部一为空心圆管结构,即为空心圆管结构部。所述空心圆管结构部的内直径为2.0~30mm,厚度为0.5~5.0mm,长度为20~200mm。优选内直径为2.0~15mm,厚度为1.0~4.0mm,长度为30~100mm,进一步优选内直径为3.0~10mm,厚度为1.5~3.5mm,长度为30~80mm。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述空心结构部二的形状与集成防水密封连接器所连接的设备端口的形状相适配,例如所述空心结构部二的形状可以为规则或不规则形状,比如为方形或长方形、圆形、椭圆形、三角形等。进一步的,所述塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件的形状与空心结构部二的形状适配。考虑到设备端口多为方形或长方形,本发明中优选为方形或长方形的空心结构部、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件。其中,下述第一面、第二面、第三面和第四面即为塑料支撑件的大体形状为方形时的限定,第一壁、第二壁、第三壁、第四壁即为金属卡扣件的大体形状为方形时的限定。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述空心结构部二的第一端的密封结构为螺纹结构,用于密封与设备的连接端口。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述空心结构部二上还设置凸出部,所述凸出部与下述的塑料支撑件的通孔和金属卡扣件的向外凸起的结构部相适配,所述凸出部能够包覆住所述塑料支撑件的通孔和金属卡扣件的向外凸起的结构部。优选地,所述凸出部为圆柱、椭圆柱或长方体。优选地,所述凸出部与橡胶管一体成型。优选地,所述凸出部除柱体面的一面为非平滑面。
根据本发明的实施方案,空心结构部二与塑料支撑件的结合部呈密封设置。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述空心结构部一与支撑管件的结合部位可以设置密封结构层,例如密封结构层的材质为橡胶或胶泥。
连接部:
根据本发明的实施方案,所述连接部为空心的异形连接管,例如可以是空心圆锥体管、空心外凸螺纹管或空心椭圆体管;优选为空心圆锥体管或空心外凸螺纹管;更优选为空心圆锥体管。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述连接部的长度为10~100mm,优选长度为20~60mm,更优选长度为20~40mm。
例如,所述连接部优选为长度为20~60mm的空心圆锥体管或空心外凸螺纹管;进一步优选为长度为20~40mm的空心圆锥体管。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述连接部的各部分的内径均大于所述空心圆管结构部一的内径。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述橡胶管的材质可以选自硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶或聚氨酯橡胶;优选为硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶或丁腈橡胶,进一步优选为硅橡胶或三元乙丙橡胶。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述橡胶管的材质可根据需要添加其他功能辅助剂,或者所述橡胶管根据需要可在内外设置其他功能层。例如橡胶管外侧壁覆盖形成防电晕层,以防止电晕现象的发生;在所述橡胶管内壁可形成屏蔽层,屏蔽层可通过内置电应力控制橡胶层或沉铜的方式形成;在所述橡胶管外壁设置阻燃层或者防虫阻燃层(例如橡胶管为三元乙丙橡胶,阻燃层为硅橡胶,或者防虫阻燃层为聚四氟乙烯层,或者在橡胶管材中添加有防虫剂和/或阻燃剂),还可在阻燃层外设置防火层,例如高蓬松性玻璃纤维防火层;在所述橡胶管内壁设置耐酸碱层,例如EPDM橡胶耐酸碱层。
金属卡扣件:
根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件为空心体。
根据本发明示例性的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件与塑料支撑件相适配,例如金属卡扣件和塑料支撑件均呈空心方形或长方形管状。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件具有弹性卡接结构部,所述弹性 卡接结构部能够经压缩穿过塑料支撑件后回弹卡接在塑料支撑件壁上。
根据本发明示例性的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件由第一壁、第二壁、第三壁、第四壁围合而成,四个壁的第一端为整体连接结构(定义与设备端口连接的方向为上,相对方向为下,所述四个壁的第一端即金属卡扣件的下端),第一壁与第三壁相对设置,第二壁与第四壁相对设置,所述第一壁与相邻的两个壁在所述第一端的端部以上的部分均分离设置,所述第三壁与相邻的两个壁在所述第一端的端部以上的部分均分离设置;所述第一壁和第三壁的第二端(即金属卡扣件的上端)的端部分别设置有向卡扣件外侧突出的弹性卡接结构部。
根据本发明的实施方案,至少在金属卡扣件的卡接结构部的表面设置防摩擦层,以减少卡接结构部与设备端口的摩擦。所述防摩擦层可以为塑胶层、橡胶层或耐磨涂层。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件的第一壁和第三壁形状、结构、设置对称,所述金属卡扣件的第二壁和第四壁对称。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件的第一壁的高度突出于相邻的两个壁,所述金属卡扣件的第三壁的高度突出于相邻的两个壁。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件的第一壁与相邻的两个壁之间均具有间隙,所述金属卡扣件的第三壁与相邻的两个壁之间均具有间隙。
例如,所述间隙的宽度为0.2~20mm,优选为0.5~5mm,进一步优选为0.5~2mm。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件的第一壁的中部设置向外凸起的结构部,所述金属卡扣件的第三壁的中部设置向外凸起的结构部。优选地,所述第一壁和第三壁的向外凸起的结构部呈对称设置。例如,所述向外凸起的结构部可以为圆形、椭圆形或方形等结构部。该向外凸起的结构部作为方便按压的按钮,通过按压可弹性活动的第一壁和第三壁的所述向外凸起的结构部可以实现金属卡扣件的卡接结构部位的形变,进而实现连接器与设备连接端口的安装和拆卸。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述卡接结构部的宽度为0.3~10mm,优选为0.5~5mm,进一步优选为1.0~3.0mm。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件的第二壁和第四壁上均设置导槽。例如,每个壁上,所述导槽的数量均为两个。优选地,每个壁上的导槽呈对称设置。所述导槽自动弹性卡接在相适配的塑料支撑件的凹槽内,便于将金属卡扣件内置于塑料支撑件的内腔中并形成限位。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件的第二壁上的导槽为由位于金属卡扣件的第二壁上且向外凸起的金属片与第二壁形成的结构,所述金属卡扣件的第四壁上的导槽为由位于金属卡扣件的第四壁上且向外凸起的金属片与金属卡扣件的第四壁形成的结构;
其中,每个壁上的金属片为规则四边形,其只有一条边与该壁连接,另外三条边围成的面与该壁分离并向外凸出。

根据本发明的实施方案,所述金属卡扣件的材质选用具有高弹性的金属材料,例如可选用不锈钢、黄铜、磷铜或铍铜,优选不锈钢或磷铜。
塑料支撑件:
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件呈空心方形或长方形管状,与所述金属卡扣件和橡胶管的方形或长方形的空心结构部二均适配。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件固定在所述空心结构部二内,例 如可以通过粘结注塑的方式实现塑料支撑件在空心结构部二内的固定。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件由第一面、第二面、第三面和第四面围合而成,四个面的第一端(定义同上,即塑料支撑件的下端)为整体连接结构,第一面与第三面相对设置,第二面与第四面相对设置;所述第二面的高度突出于相邻的两个面,第四面的高度突出于相邻的两个面,使第二端围成的整体连接结构在第一面和第三面具有相对的两个缺口。
根据本发明的技术方案,所述金属卡扣件上设置在所述第一壁和第三壁的第二端的卡接结构部分别卡接在所述塑料支撑件的上述两个缺口上。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件的第一面和第三面形状、结构、设置对称,所述塑料支撑件的第二面和第四面对称。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述缺口的宽度比金属卡扣件的卡接结构部的宽度大0.1~5mm,例如大0.5~3mm。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件的第一面靠近第一端的位置设置一个通孔,所述第三面靠近第一端的位置设置一个通孔,通孔的设置位置与金属卡扣件上设置的向外凸起的结构部相适配。优选地,第一面和第三面中通孔的位置呈对称设置。例如,所述通孔可以为圆形通孔、椭圆形通孔或方形通孔;优选与金属卡扣件上设置的向外凸起的结构部的形状相适配,能够容纳所述向外凸起的结构部。
当所述金属卡扣件卡扣入塑料支撑件中,第一壁上的向外凸起的结构部能够置于第一面上的通孔中,第三壁上的向外凸起的结构部能够置于第三面上的通孔中。
根据本发明的实施方案,围绕塑料支撑件的第一面、第二面、第三面和第四面的中部设置向外延伸的凸起。例如,所述凸起的宽度为1.0~30mm,优选为1.0~10mm,进一步优选为1.0~5.0mm。当所述集成防水密封连接器与外部设备连接时,凸起的一个面会与设备端口的平面贴合接触,凸起起到设备端口定位的作用。所述凸起与设置在空心结构部二的第一端的螺纹结构配合,共同实现 集成防水密封连接器与设备端口的连接部的有效密封。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件的内腔第二、四面上设置凹槽,所述凹槽与金属卡扣件的第二壁和第四壁上的金属片相适配,将金属卡扣件弹性卡接在塑料支撑件的内部。
优选的,所述塑料支撑件的内腔在第二、四面的两边各设置1道凹槽,与金属卡扣件的第二、第四壁上的各2块金属片相适配。同时,在两边凹槽中间,设置1道导槽。该导槽延内壁第二端(即塑料支撑件的上端)向下延伸的距离短于所述的凹槽。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件的材质可以选自聚醚酰亚胺、尼龙、聚甲醛、聚丙烯或聚苯硫醚;优选为聚醚酰亚胺、尼龙或聚甲醛,进一步优选聚醚酰亚胺或尼龙。根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件的长度为10~150mm,优选长度为10~50mm,再进一步优选为10~30mm。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件的宽度为10~150mm,优选宽度为10~50mm,更优选宽度为10~30mm。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件的高度为5~150mm,优选高度为10~40mm,更优选高度为20~40mm。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述塑料支撑件的材质厚度为0.5~10mm,优选厚度为0.5~5mm,更优选厚度为1~3mm。
支撑管件:
根据本发明的实施方案,所述支撑管件可以为空心圆管;比如其内直径为10~150mm,优选为10~50mm,进一步优选为10~40mm。
所述橡胶管的空心结构部一被所述支撑管件扩张支撑,使用时,在抽离所述支撑管件后,所述橡胶管的空心结构部一能够自然回缩并压紧贴合在线缆上。
优选的,所述支撑管件事由支撑线材环绕而成,且在第一端(定义同上,支撑管件上端)留有抽拉部。
所述支撑管件的材质可以选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚乙烯聚丙烯改性材料。
固定线缆的塑料卡件:
根据本发明的实施方案,所述集成防水密封连接器还包括内置于橡胶管、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件内的用于固定线缆的塑料卡件。
所述塑料卡件具有适配于所述橡胶管的空心结构部一、空心结构部二、连接部、塑料支撑件、及金属卡扣件的空心结构。
例如橡胶管的空心结构部一为空心圆管时,所述塑料卡件的一端同为外径小于所述空心结构部一的空心圆管形;当空心结构部二、塑料支撑件、金属卡扣件截面为长方形或者方形时,所述塑料卡件的另一端同为边长小于所述金属卡扣件的空心长方形或方形体。
所述塑料卡件是一体成型的塑料件。
或者,所述塑料卡件是分体的2片对称结构,所述2片对称结构对应设置有卡合结构,使用时,2片对称结构由卡合结构围成一体,形成内置于金属卡扣件的形状。优选的,所述2片对称结构的一侧边,分别对应设置有彼此扣合的合页结构,使用时,将其中1片对称结构的合页结构卡合在第2片对称结合的合页结构上,且2片对称结构可围绕该侧边的合页结构转动,闭合。在2片对称结构的另一侧边分别设置有对应的插口和卡扣,2片对称结构闭合时,卡扣插入插口,使其合围成一体。合围后的塑料卡件与塑料支撑件、金属卡扣件相似,同样的具有第一壁、与其相对的第三壁,第二壁、与其相对的第四壁。所述合页结构、插口和卡扣分别设置在第一、第三壁的上端部(即适配于橡胶管的空心结构部二、塑料支撑件、金属卡扣件的一端,优选为长方形或方形截面,定义同上)以下位置。
优选的,所述塑料卡件第二、四壁的上端部,居中设置限位凸块,当塑料卡件内置时,该限位凸块限制在所述塑料支撑件的内腔设置的导槽内。优选的,第二、四壁的端部的两端向外延长共形成4个凸台,突出于第一、三壁的两端,延长后第二、四壁的端部尺寸小于等于金属卡扣件的第二壁与第四壁的尺寸。发明人发现,因橡胶管的空心结构部二、塑料支撑件、及金属卡扣件尺寸规格 需要与设备端口适配,因此当一根或两根线缆在本发明的集成防水密封连接器内与设备端口连接时,线缆易晃动影响信号传输,故本发明设置了如上所述的塑料卡件,用于更好的固定线缆,使其不易在集成防水密封连接器中晃动。
集成防水密封连接器与设备端口的连接方式:
本发明的集成防水密封连接器与设备端口可通过本领域技术人员可实施的任意方式来拆卸连接,不限于本发明上文详细描述的通过按压可弹性活动的卡接结构部位的形变,实现连接器与设备连接端口的安装和拆卸。例如,设备端口与本发明的集成防水密封连接器之间是配合的螺纹连接,通过转动连接器与设备端口固定连接。或者,本发明的集成防水密封连接器在其端口具有一外延,通过螺栓螺母与设备端口固定连接。
<集成防水密封连接器的使用方法>
本发明还提供一种所述的集成防水密封连接器的使用方法:所述方法包括:
(1)将所述的橡胶管、支撑管件、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件集成为一体部件;
(2)将塑料卡件的2片对称结构的合页结构扣合;
(3)线缆穿过步骤(1)的一体部件;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的线缆放置在步骤(2)得到的塑料卡件上;
(5)扣合塑料卡件;
(6)将塑料卡件内置于所述一体部件内。
根据本发明的方法,其还包括将所述装配好的集成防水密封连接器插入设备端口。
根据本发明的方法,步骤(1)中,向内按压金属卡扣件的卡接结构,自塑料支撑件的上端口或下端口(优选方式)插入塑料支撑件内,适配后,优选金属卡扣件的下端与塑料支撑件的下端对齐,金属卡扣件上端的卡接结构分别卡接在所述塑料支撑件的所述两个缺口上,金属卡扣件的第二、第四壁上的各2块金属片分别插入塑料支撑件的内腔在第二、四壁的凹槽内。随后,上述集成为 一体的塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件,对外表面的全部或部分区域(优选在金属卡扣件上设置的向外凸起的结构部附近)设置粘结剂,将其置于模具中,注塑橡胶,模压一体成型,使集成为一体的塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件被所述橡胶管包裹。最后,通过预扩张将支撑管件内置于橡胶管空心结构部一及连接部。
步骤(4)中,塑料卡件自一体部件的上端插入,其第二、四壁上的限位凸块插入塑料支撑件的第二、四壁的内腔的导槽底部。
<联体式集成防水密封连接器>
根据本发明的实施方案,所述集成防水密封连接器可以是单体式连接器,每一个连接器对应一个设备端口,即每个连接器具有一个橡胶管。或者,所述集成防水密封连接器可以是联体式连接器,每一个连接器对应一个设备的多个端口,即每个连接器具有多个(2个或更多个,例如3-10个,3-5个)联体式橡胶管,所述联体式橡胶管具有一体的一个空心结构部二,对应的一个塑料支撑件、金属卡扣件,和任选的塑料卡件,多个分体的空心结构部一,连接部和塑料管件。所述一体的空心结构部二优选是长方形体,其可以插入多个设备端口。
<集成防水端口密封件>
根据本发明的实施方案,当设备有闲置不用的端口时,本发明的集成防水密封连接器可变形为端口密封件,以保护设备不受环境影响。因此,本发明还保护一种集成防水的端口密封件,其包括橡胶管、金属卡扣件和塑料支撑件;
所述橡胶管为底部封闭的中空结构,包括一体成型的空心结构部二;
所述金属卡扣件可拆卸地设置在塑料支撑件内,其端部具有按压式卡接结构部,可卡接在塑料支撑件的壁上;
所述塑料支撑件设置在橡胶管的空心结构部二内,所述空心结构部二的第一端设置有密封结构,能够密封设备的连接端口,所述塑料支撑件与金属卡扣件的卡接结构突出于空心结构部二的第一端。
所述空心结构部二、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件依次紧密贴合。
本发明的该端口密封件,与前文的集成防水密封连接器发明构思是一体的,只是端口连接器需要穿入线缆,因此橡胶管具有下端的空心结构部一,以及撑在该空心结构部一的支撑件和连接空心结构部一和二的连接部,但是作为端口密封件使用时,无需穿入线缆且要封闭端口,因此无橡胶管下端的空心结构部一并且封闭橡胶管下端底部。而其他部件结构,例如橡胶管的空心结构部二、金属卡扣件、塑料支撑件,其安装和使用等均与前文的集成防水密封连接器相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明还提供上述集成防水密封连接器在通讯(优选通讯5G)、物联网、电力、轨道交通(优选轨道交通5G)、汽车、气象、智能电力电网、智能家电、光伏发电系统等光电信号传输设备接头连接器防水密封中的应用。具体的,本发明的连接器可用于将光伏组件连接起来构成具有设计输出功率的发电组件阵列;或者用做智能电网电力电缆连接器;或者在通讯基站设备端口与电缆的连接器;或者用于各类设备端口的连接器。由此,形成一种集成防水密封连接器或端口密封件,其能够应用于通讯、电力、物联网、轨道交通、汽车、气象、智能家电等领域的各类线缆连接器防水密封,特别是在户外环境下的通讯5G、轨道交通5G、物联网等光电信号传输设备的长期可靠的防水密封。
有益效果:
本发明改善了现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种集成防水密封连接器或密封件,以满足通讯、电力、物联网、轨道交通、汽车、气象、智能家电等设备集成化过程中,能够在户外环境进行长期可靠的防水密封。该连接器适用于各类设备的线缆端口连接器,密封效果好,即插即用,防水密封持久可靠,便于设备检修、维护、更换,可重复使用。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。但本领域技术人员知晓,本发明并不局限于附图和以下实施例。
如图1、图2和图5所示的集成防水密封连接器,包括金属卡扣件10、塑料支撑件20、橡胶管30和支撑管件40;
橡胶管30呈中空结构,包括一体成型顺次连接的空心圆管结构部34和空心方形结构部32,以及连接空心方形结构部32的连接部31。
支撑管件40可拆卸地设置在空心圆管结构部34内,用于支撑空心圆管结构部34,当空心圆管结构部34在拆卸支撑管件40后能够回缩并压紧贴合在线缆上;
金属卡扣件10可拆卸地设置在塑料支撑件20内,其端部具有按压式卡接结构部,可卡接在塑料支撑件20的壁上;
塑料支撑件20可拆卸地设置在空心方形结构部32内,空心方形结构部32的第一端设置有密封结构(例如为螺纹),能够密封设备的连接端口,塑料支撑件20与金属卡扣件10的卡接结构突出于空心方形结构部32的第一端。
金属卡扣件10内置于塑料支撑件20的结合部位记为12,金属卡扣件10与塑 料支撑件20、橡胶管30的结合部位记为123。
空心圆管结构部34为空心圆管,管体的内直径为2.0~30mm,厚度为0.5~5.0mm,长度为20~200mm。优选内直径为2.0~15mm,厚度为1.0~4.0mm,长度为30~100mm,进一步优选内直径为3.0~10mm,厚度为1.5~3.5mm,长度为30~80mm。空心圆管结构部34与支撑管件40的结合部内可以设置密封结构层,例如密封结构层的材质为橡胶或胶泥。
连接部31为长度为10~100mm的空心异形连接管,为空心圆锥体管、空心外凸螺纹管或空心椭圆体管;优选为空心圆锥体管或空心外凸螺纹管;更优选为空心圆锥体管。
连接部31优选为长度为20~60mm的空心圆锥体管或空心外凸螺纹管;进一步优选为长度为20~40mm的空心圆锥体管。
连接部31的各部分的内径均大于空心圆管结构部34的内径。
橡胶管的材质选自硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、丁腈橡胶或聚氨酯橡胶;优选为硅橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶或丁腈橡胶,进一步优选为硅橡胶或三元乙丙橡胶。
金属卡扣件的材质选用具有高弹性的金属材料,例如可选用不锈钢、黄铜、磷铜或铍铜,优选不锈钢或磷铜。
塑料支撑件的材质选自聚醚酰亚胺、尼龙、聚甲醛、聚丙烯或聚苯硫醚;优选为聚醚酰亚胺、尼龙或聚甲醛,进一步优选聚醚酰亚胺或尼龙。
支撑管件40的材质选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚乙烯聚丙烯改性材料。支撑管件为空心圆管,其内直径为10~150mm,优选为10~50mm,进一步优选为10~40mm。
空心结构部二32的第一端的密封结构为螺纹结构,用于密封与设备的连接端口。
如图3所示的金属卡扣件10的结构示意图,金属卡扣件10呈空心方形管状结构,与塑料支撑件相适配。金属卡扣件具有弹性卡接结构部,弹性卡接结构部能够经压缩穿过塑料支撑件后回弹卡接在塑料支撑件上。弹性卡接结构部能够 卡接连接设备的连接端口O。
金属卡扣件10由第一壁101、第二壁104、第三壁102、第四壁103围合而成,四个壁的第一端为整体连接结构105,第一壁101与第三壁102相对设置,第二壁104与第四壁103相对设置,第一壁101与相邻的两个壁在第一端的端部以外的部分均分离设置,即具有间隙;第三壁102与相邻的两个壁在第一端的端部以外的部分均分离设置,即具有间隙;第一壁101和第三壁102的第二端的端部分别设置有向卡扣件外侧突出的卡接结构部107。第一壁101和第三壁102对称,第二壁104和第四壁103对称。第一壁101的高度突出于相邻的两个壁,第三壁102的高度突出于相邻的两个壁。
间隙的宽度为0.2~20mm,优选为0.5~5mm,进一步优选为0.5~2mm。
第一壁101的中部设置向外凸起的结构部106,第三壁102的中部设置向外凸起的结构部106。第一壁和第三壁的向外凸起的结构部呈对称设置。向外凸起的结构部为圆形。通过按压可弹性活动的第一壁和第三壁的所述向外凸起的结构部实现金属卡扣件的卡接结构部107的形变,进而实现连接器与设备连接端口的安装和拆卸。
卡接结构部107的宽度为0.3~10mm,优选为0.5~5mm,进一步优选为1.0~3.0mm。
第二壁104和第四壁103上均设置导槽108。每个壁上导槽的数量均为两个。每个壁上的导槽呈对称设置。导槽的设置可以便于将金属卡扣件内置于塑料支撑件的内腔中。
金属卡扣件的第二壁上的导槽为由位于金属卡扣件的第二壁上且向外凸起的金属片109与第二壁104形成的结构,金属卡扣件的第四壁上的导槽为由位于金属卡扣件的第四壁上且向外凸起的金属片109与金属卡扣件的第四壁103形成的结构;
其中,每个壁上的金属片只有一条边与该壁连接,另外三条边围成的面与该壁分离并微微向外凸出。
金属卡扣件10的长度为10~150mm,宽度为10~150mm,材质厚度为0.2~10mm,高度为5~150mm,优选长度为10~50mm,宽度为10~50mm,材质厚度为0.3~5mm,高度为10~40mm,再进一步优选长度10~30mm,宽度10~30mm,材质厚度为0.3~1mm,高度为20~40mm。
可以在金属卡扣件的卡接结构部的表面设置防摩擦层,以减少卡接结构部与设备端口的摩擦。防摩擦层可以为塑胶层、橡胶层或耐磨涂层。
如图4所示塑料支撑件20的结构示意图,塑料支撑件20呈空心方形管状结构,与金属卡扣件10和空心方形结构部32均适配。
塑料支撑件20由第一面201、第二面203、第三面202和第四面204围合而成,四个面的第一端为整体连接结构,第一面201与第三面202相对设置,第二面203与第四面204相对设置;第二面203的高度突出于相邻的两个面,第四面204的高度突出于相邻的两个面,使第二端围成的整体连接结构在第一面201和第三面202具有相对的两个缺口。
第一面201和第三面202对称,第二面203和第四面204对称。
缺口的宽度比金属卡扣件10的卡接结构部的宽度大0.1~5mm,例如大0.5-3mm。
第一面201靠近第一端的位置、以及第三面202靠近第一端的位置均设置通孔206,设置位置与金属卡扣件上设置的向外凸起的结构部相适配。第一面和第三面中通孔的位置呈对称设置。通孔为圆形通孔;通孔206与金属卡扣件上设置的向外凸起的结构部106的形状相适配,能够容纳所述向外凸起的结构部106。
当所述金属卡扣件卡扣入塑料支撑件中,第一壁上的向外凸起的结构部能够置于第一面上的通孔中,第三壁上的向外凸起的结构部能够置于第三面上的通孔中。
围绕塑料支撑件的第一面201、第二面203、第三面202和第四面204的中部设置凸起205。凸起205的宽度为1.0~30mm,优选为1.0~10mm,进一步优选为1.0~5.0mm。当集成防水密封连接器与外部设备连接时,凸起的一个面会与设备 端口的平面贴合接触,能够与所述设备的连接端口O的外端部抵接,既能在插接空心结构部二时起到限位作用,避免空心结构部二被完全嵌入连接端口O内,也能够与在空心结构部的第一端的螺纹结构配合,与连接端口O的外端部形成密封,防止水进入设备内部。
塑料支撑件20的内腔设置凹槽,凹槽与金属卡扣件的第二壁和第四壁上的金属片109相适配,将金属卡扣件弹性卡接在塑料支撑件的内部,塑料支撑件内的凹槽具有限位作用。
塑料支撑件20的长度L为10~150mm,宽度W为10~150mm,材质厚度为0.5~10mm,高度H为5~150mm,优选长度为10~50mm,宽度为10~50mm,材质厚度为0.5~5mm,高度为10~40mm,再进一步优选10~30mm,宽度10~30mm,材质厚度为1~3mm,高度为20~40mm。
空心方形结构部32上还设置凸出部,凸出部与塑料支撑件的通孔206和金属卡扣件的向外凸起的结构部106相适配,凸出部能够包覆住塑料支撑件的通孔206和金属卡扣件的向外凸起的结构部106,即也可以称凸出部为空心方形结构、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件的结合部。凸出部为圆柱体。凸出部与橡胶管30一体成型。凸出部除柱体面的一面为非平滑面。
空心方形结构部32与塑料支撑件20的结合部呈密封设置。
如图6所示,用于固定线缆的塑料卡件50的结构示意图。所述塑料卡件内置于橡胶管、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件内。塑料卡件50呈中空结构,包括2片对称结构合围成一体后的空心圆管结构部53和空心方形结构部52,以及连接二者的连接部51。
所述2片对称结构对应设置有卡合结构,使用时,2片对称结构合围成一体,形成上述中空结构。所述2片对称结构的一侧边,分别对应设置有彼此扣合的合页结构54和54’,使用时,将合页结构54和54’卡合在一起,且2片对称结构可围绕该合页结构转动,闭合。在2片对称结构的另一侧边,分别设置有对应的插口55和卡扣55’,2片对称结构闭合时,卡扣插入插口,使其合围成一体。合围后的 塑料卡件与塑料支撑件、金属卡口件相似,同样的具有第一壁与其相对的第三壁、第二壁与其相对的第四壁。所述合页结构、插口和卡扣分别设置在第一、第三壁的端部以下位置。
所述塑料卡件第二、四壁的上端部上,居中设置限位凸块56,当塑料卡件内置时,该限位凸块限制在所述塑料支撑件的内腔设置的导槽内。第二、四壁的端部的两端向外延长共形成4个凸台57,突出于第一、三壁的两端,延长后第二、四壁的端部尺寸小于等于金属卡扣件的第二壁与第四壁的尺寸。
本发明的集成防水密封连接器还可变形为端口密封件60,以保护设备闲置端口不受环境影响。端口密封件60结构如图7所示,其应用如图8所示。其包括金属卡扣件10’、塑料支撑件20’、橡胶管的空心方形结构部二30’,所述空心方形结构部二30’的底部封闭;
本发明的上述端口密封件60,与前文的集成防水密封连接器发明构思是一致的,只是端口连接器需要穿入线缆,因此橡胶管具有下端的空心结构部一,以及撑在该空心结构部一的支撑件,但是作为端口密封件使用时,无需穿入线缆且要封闭端口,因此无橡胶管下端的空心结构部一并且封闭橡胶管下端底部。而其他部件结构、安装、使用等均与前文的集成防水密封连接器相同,在此不再赘述。
参照图8,在一件设备中会遇到不同应用端口,本发明的不同型号、类型的集成防水密封连接器或端口密封件可配合使用。如图8所示,连接器90为尺寸规格较大的集成防水密封连接器,连接器80为有塑料卡件的集成防水密封连接器(因内置了塑料卡件,因此在橡胶管空心部一的上部分有明显凸起,管径与下部分不同),连接器70为没有内置加塑料卡件的集成防水密封连接器,端口密封件60保护设备端口。
参照图9,本发明的集成防水密封连接器还可以为联体式。具体的,本发明实施例的联体式集成防水密封连接器包括联体式橡胶管30”,金属卡扣件20”、塑料支撑件10”、支撑管件40”;所述联体式橡胶管30”包括多个独立分体的 (2个或更多个,例如3-10个,3-5个)圆形空心结构部一34”、多个(2个或更多个,例如3-10个,3-5个)连接部31”和一个整体的方形空心结构部二32”,抽出支撑管件40”后,每个所述圆形空心结构部一34”均能够压紧贴合在线缆上,从而密封线缆,所述连接部31”的数量与所述圆形空心结构部一34”的数量相同,每个所述圆形空心结构部一34”分别经一个连接部31”连接到整体的方形空心结构部二32”上,所述金属卡扣件、塑料支撑件的数量与方形空心结构部二32”相同,都是整体的一体式,所述具体结构、装配方式均与前文的单体式连接器相同。
以下示例性地对上述实施例的集成防水密封连接器的使用方法进行说明,本申请实施例的集成防水密封连接器不限于下述具体应用实例。
以处于户外湿热环境下的5G通信设备为例(图10,对实施例的密封连接器进行简化处理,主要突出连接器与设备的连接情况),通常情况下,此类设备至少需要两条连接线缆K,一条为用于传输信号的光纤线,一条为电缆,两条线缆需要通过设备M的连接端口O进入设备,从而与设备M连接,使设备M具有收发信号的功能。并且,光纤线与电缆线需要通过线缆连接器C与设备M的接口T连接,由此,在设备M的连接端口O部位存在漏水风险,需要进行防水密封,尤其是户外环境下进行长期可靠的防水密封,对上述设备M,现有技术中的防水胶带、冷缩管、热缩连接器、防水橡胶套等均无法满足密封需要。本发明实施例的密封连接器P在安装时,首先,将带有连接器的线缆穿过由支撑管件扩张的空心圆管结构部以及与空心圆管结构部一体形成的空心方形结构部、连接部,以及位于塑料支撑件内部的金属卡扣件,连接器突出金属卡扣件端口;其次,将连接器插入并连接在设备M的接口T上;再次,将金属卡扣件卡接连接在设备M的连接端口O,空心方形结构部上的螺纹密封连接端口O,空心方形结构部上的凸起抵压在连接端口O的外端部,从而使空心方形结构部与连接端口O实现密封;最后,收缩支撑管件,抽拉支撑管件端部的支撑绳,管体逐圈弹性回缩压紧线缆,从而使管体对线缆压紧密封。由此,连接器对线缆压紧贴合密封,空 心方形结构部密封连接端口O,从而形成整体密封结构,能够防止外界的水、粉尘进入设备M。拆卸时,按压金属卡扣件的第一壁和第三壁上的凸起部(包覆住塑料支撑件的通孔和金属卡扣件的向外凸起的结构部),金属卡扣件的顶部的卡扣解锁,即可将本发明实施例的连接器自设备M的连接端口O取下,由于橡胶管部分并未对线缆或线缆连接器压紧贴合密封,能够沿着线缆方向移动而重叠形成位移,从而给拆卸线缆连接器提供了操作空间,在连接器自设备M拆卸后,即可利用该操作空间拆卸线缆连接器,不需要破坏本发明实施例的连接器,从而本发明实施例的连接器能够重复使用,既方便了线缆连接器拆装,又节约成本。
测试例
试验方法:对于高湿环境的应用,需要对产品进行恒定湿热测试,将实施例1中的集成防水密封连接器安装在设备上,参照GB/T 2423.3-2016电工电子产品环境试验环境第2部分:试验方法Cab:恒定湿热试验,选择温度75℃±2℃,相对湿度:95%±3%,时间:1080h,老化后置于1米水深浸泡168h,并检查是否有水渗入设备腔体内。试验结果如下:

Claims (10)

  1. 一种集成防水密封连接器,其包括橡胶管、支撑管件、金属卡扣件和塑料支撑件;
    所述橡胶管呈中空结构,包括一体成型的空心结构部一、空心结构部二,和连接空心结构部一和空心结构部二的连接部;
    所述支撑管件可拆卸地设置在所述空心结构部一内,用于支撑空心结构部一,当空心结构部一在拆卸所述支撑管件后能够回缩并压紧贴合在线缆上;
    所述金属卡扣件可拆卸地设置在塑料支撑件内,其端部具有按压式卡接结构部,可卡接在塑料支撑件的壁上;
    所述塑料支撑件设置在空心结构部二内,所述空心结构部二的第一端设置有密封结构,能够密封设备的连接端口,所述塑料支撑件与金属卡扣件的卡接结构突出于空心结构部二的第一端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集成防水密封连接器,所述金属卡扣件具有弹性卡接结构部,所述弹性卡接结构部能够经压缩穿过塑料支撑件后回弹卡接在塑料支撑件壁上;和/或,
    所述金属卡扣件由第一壁、第二壁、第三壁、第四壁围合而成,四个壁的第一端为整体连接结构,第一壁与第三壁相对设置,第二壁与第四壁相对设置,所述第一壁与相邻的两个壁在所述第一端的端部以外的部分均分离设置,所述第三壁与相邻的两个壁在所述第一端的端部以外的部分均分离设置;所述第一壁和第三壁的第二端的端部分别设置有向卡扣件外侧突出的卡接结构部;和/或,
    所述金属卡扣件的第一壁的高度突出于相邻的两个壁,所述金属卡扣件的第三壁的高度突出于相邻的两个壁;和/或,
    所述金属卡扣件的第二壁和第四壁上均设置导槽;所述导槽由位于金属卡扣件的壁上且向外凸起的金属片与所述壁形成的结构,其中,每个壁上的金属片只有一边与该壁连接,另外三边围成的面与该壁分离并向外凸出。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的集成防水密封连接器,所述塑料支撑件由第一面、第二面、第三面和第四面围合而成,四个面的第一端为整体连接结构,第一面与第三面相对设置,第二面与第四面相对设置;所述第二面的高度突出于相邻的两个面,第四面的高度突出于相邻的两个面,使第二端围成的整体连接结构在第一面和第三面具有相对的两个缺口,所述金属卡扣件上设置在所述第一壁和第三壁的第二端的卡接结构部分别卡接在所述塑料支撑件的上述两个缺口上;和/或,
    所述塑料支撑件的第一面、第三面靠近第一端的位置设置通孔,通孔的设置位置与金属卡扣件上设置的向外凸起的结构部相适配,能够容纳所述向外凸起的结构部;和/或,
    所述塑料支撑件的内腔设置凹槽,所述凹槽与金属卡扣件的第二壁和第四壁上的金属片相适配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的集成防水密封连接器,所述空心结构部一为空心圆管结构部,所述空心圆管结构部与支撑管件的结合部位设置密封结构层,优选所述密封结构层的材质为橡胶或胶泥;和/或,
    所述连接部为空心的异形连接管,优选是空心圆锥体管、空心外凸螺纹管或空心椭圆体管,所述连接部的各部分的内径均大于所述空心圆管结构部的内径;和/或,
    所述空心结构部二的第一端的密封结构为螺纹结构,用于密封与设备的连接端口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的集成防水密封连接器,其还包括内置于橡胶管、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件内的用于固定线缆的塑料卡件;
    所述塑料卡件具有适配于所述橡胶管的空心结构部一、空心结构部二、连接部、塑料支撑件、及金属卡扣件的空心结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的集成防水密封连接器,所述塑料卡件是分体的2片对称结构,所述2片对称结构对应设置有卡合结构,使用时,2片对称结构由卡 合结构围成一体,形成内置于金属卡扣件的形状;和/或,
    所述塑料卡件围成一体后,具有第一、二、三、四壁,所述第二、四壁的上端部,居中设置限位凸块,当塑料卡件内置于金属卡扣件内时,该限位凸块限制在所述塑料支撑件的内腔设置的导槽内;和/或,
    所述塑料卡件的第二、四壁的端部的两端向外延长共形成4个凸台,突出于第一、三壁的两端,延长后第二、四壁的端部尺寸小于等于金属卡扣件的第二壁与第四壁的尺寸。
  7. 一种联体式集成防水密封连接器,包括联体式橡胶管,金属卡扣件,塑料支撑件,支撑管件;所述联体式橡胶管包括多个独立分体的空心结构部一、多个连接部和一个整体的空心结构部二,所述连接部的数量与所述圆管空心结构部一的数量相同,每个所述圆管空心结构部一分别经一个连接部连接到整体的空心结构部二上,所述金属卡扣件、塑料支撑件均为整体的一体式结构,与空心结构部二适配。
  8. 一种权利要求6所述的集成防水密封连接器的使用方法:所述方法包括:
    (1)将所述的橡胶管、支撑管件、塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件集成为一体部件;
    (2)将塑料卡件的2片对称结构的合页结构扣合;
    (3)线缆穿过步骤(1)的一体部件;
    (4)操作步骤(3)后的线缆放置在步骤(2)得到的塑料卡件上;
    (5)扣合塑料卡的插口和卡扣;
    (6)将塑料卡内置于所述一体部件内。
    优选的,步骤(1)中,向内按压金属卡扣件的卡接结构,自塑料支撑件的上端口或下端口插入塑料支撑件内,适配后,金属卡扣件上端的卡接结构分别卡接在所述塑料支撑件的所述两个缺口上,金属卡扣件的第二、第四壁上的各2块金属片分别插入塑料支撑件的内腔在第二、四壁的凹槽内,随后,上述集成为一体的塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件,对外表面的全部或部分区域设置粘结剂, 将其置于模具中,注塑橡胶,模压一体成型,使集成为一体的塑料支撑件和金属卡扣件被所述橡胶管包裹,最后,通过预扩张将支撑管件内置于橡胶管空心结构部一及连接部。
    优选的,步骤(4)中,塑料卡件自一体部件的上端插入,其第二、四壁上的限位凸块插入塑料支撑件的第二、四壁的内腔的导槽底部。
  9. 一种集成防水端口密封件,其包括橡胶管、金属卡扣件和塑料支撑件;
    所述橡胶管为底部封闭的中空结构,包括一体成型的空心结构部二;
    所述金属卡扣件可拆卸地设置在塑料支撑件内,其端部具有按压式卡接结构部,可卡接在塑料支撑件的壁上;
    所述塑料支撑件设置在橡胶管的空心结构部二内,所述空心结构部二的第一端设置有密封结构,能够密封设备的连接端口,所述塑料支撑件与金属卡扣件的卡接结构突出于空心结构部二的第一端。
  10. 权利要求1-9任一项所述的集成防水密封连接器或端口密封件在在通讯(优选通讯5G)、电力、物联网、轨道交通(优选轨道交通5G)、汽车、气象、智能电力电网、智能家电、光伏发电系统等光电信号传输设备宽口与线缆的防水密封连接中的应用。具体的,所述连接器或密封件可用于将光伏组件连接起来构成具有设计输出功率的发电组件阵列;或者用做智能电网电力电缆连接器;或者在通讯基站设备端口与电缆的连接器;或者用于各类设备的端口连接器。
