Description
本発明は、注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具に関し、さらに具体的には、注射される流量の制御を可能にする器具に関する。
現代の注射器具は、一般にシリンジ式の器具、つまり、シリンダー内部で移動して、内容物を一方の端部を介して押し出すプランジャーを備えた器具であり、さらに、同端部には液体を患者に注射するための針が接続可能であるか、あるいは、同端部が患者に前もって移植されたシステム(例えばカテーテル)に接続可能になっている。
本発明の1つの目的は、患者に注射可能な医薬品を事前に充填済みの、保健医療専門家による取り扱いを必要としない注射器具を提供することである。
図1は、従来の注射器具における圧力−流量曲線、および、本発明に係る注射器具における圧力−流量曲線を示している。
本発明の基本的なアイデアは、注射可能な物質に印加される圧力に応じて注射可能な物質の排出流量を制御するための制御バルブを有する注射器具を提供することである。
注射可能な物質に圧力を印加することを可能にする手段を有する、事前に充填される注射可能な物質を収納する容器と、
注射可能な物質を患者に投与するために使用される針またはカテーテルに連結するための手段を有する注射口と、
上記容器内に収納される注射可能な物質に印加される圧力に応じて、注射口に向かう注射可能な物質の排出流量を調整することを可能にし、印加される圧力が事前に決定された閾値を超えると閉鎖されるバルブとを備えている。なお、このバルブは、注射可能な物質を収納する容器内と、注射口を含む注射側端部との両方に配置可能である。
Claims (13)
- 注射可能な物質を事前に充填済みの容器(23)と注射口(25)とを備えた、注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具において、
該注射可能な物質と注射口(25)との間に設けられた、注射可能な物質を排出方向に通過させるための通路開口部(29、45、69、85)と、
注射可能な物質の投与中に印加される充填済み容器への印加圧力の増加に応じて、上記通路開口部の面積を低減することによって排出流量の増加を低減する流量制限手段(35、37、47、49、67、87、95、97)とをさらに備えることを特徴とする器具。 - 上記印加圧力が増加して所定の値に達すると、上記流量制限手段が、上記排出流量を最大値に制限することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。
- 上記容器(23)の内壁に固定されて、円形状の上記通路開口部(29)が設けられた、プレート形状のバルブ本体部(31)を備え、
上記流量制限手段が、
上記バルブ本体部の排出方向の面に連接的に取り付けられたプレート(35)と、
上記プレート(35)に取り付けられて上記通路開口部(29)を封鎖する倒立円錐状封鎖部(37)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。 - 中央に位置する中空部(43)と、内側の周縁部に位置する上記通路開口部としての複数の中空領域(45)とを有するシリンダー形状のバルブ本体部を備え、
該複数の中空領域(45)が、堅い素材で形成された放射状に広がる上記流量制限手段としてのヒレ状部(47)と、中央に位置する中空部(43)を封鎖するための上記流量制限手段としての封鎖部材(49)とを境界とし、排出方向に断面積が減少することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。 - 弾性を有する素材からなる上記流量制限手段としての中央層(67)を、堅い素材で形成された上側プレート(63)および下側プレート(65)の2枚のプレート間に有するリング形状のバルブ本体部を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。
- 上記中央層(67)の素材がシリコーンであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。
- 注射口(25)に向かって延びる上記通路開口部としての排出路(85)と、
上記排出路(85)に挿入されて、排出方向とその逆方向に移動可能であり排出方向ほど断面積が小さく、該排出路(85)を封鎖するための上記流量制限手段としての封鎖部材(87)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。 - 注射口(25)に向かって延びる排出路(95)を備え、
該排出路(95)が容器(23)の内部に向かって延びる延長部を有し、この延長部には、弾性を有する素材で形成された上記流量制限手段としてのチューブ(97)が連結されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。 - 上記注射可能な物質の容器(23)が、注射可能な物質に圧力を印加するためのプランジャーを有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。
- 上記注射可能な物質の容器(23)が、注射可能な物質に印加される圧力が容器(23)の外面に印加される圧力を介して印加されるような適切な素材で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。
- 上記印加圧力が最大の場合、上記流量制限手段が、上記排出流量を、患者の安全性を確保するために許容される最大値に制限することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。
- 上記印加圧力が所定の閾値を超えると、上記流量制限手段が排出流を完全に停止させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。
- 注射可能な物質の投与または調剤中に流体の逆流を防止するための手段をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の注射可能な物質を投与または調剤するための器具。
