Claims (8)
- 磁化率の異なる複数種類の蛍光体からなる混合物を、分散媒中に分散させて混合液を作製するステップと、
処理容器内に前記混合液を入れ、該混合液中に強磁性材料で形成されたフィルタを位置させる設置ステップと、
前記フィルタに磁場を印加した状態で、前記処理容器から前記混合液を排出して回収する混合液回収ステップとを含み、
前記分散媒は、高分子型分散剤の水溶液に低分子型界面活性剤を添加した溶液であり、
前記高分子型分散剤は、ポリカルボン酸系高分子分散剤であり、
前記低分子型界面活性剤は、ラウリン酸アミドプロピルベタイン、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシアルキレン系非イオン界面活性剤、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル、多価アルコール系非イオン性界面活性剤、又は、アルキルエーテル硫酸エステルナトリウムを含有する中性洗剤であり、
前記高分子型分散剤の濃度は、0.02%〜3%であり、
前記低分子型界面活性剤の濃度は、0.004%〜0.1%であることを特徴とする蛍光体混合物の分離方法。 - 前記混合液回収ステップによる回収液を新たな混合液として、前記設置ステップ及び前記混合液回収ステップを繰返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光体混合物の分離方法。
- 前記混合液回収ステップに続き、前記磁場を印加した状態で前記フィルタを前記分散媒で洗浄し、前記フィルタの洗浄に使用した前記分散媒を回収する洗浄ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蛍光体混合物の分離方法。
- 前記洗浄ステップによる回収液を新たな混合液として、前記設置ステップ、前記混合液回収ステップ、及び前記洗浄ステップを繰返すことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の蛍光体混合物の分離方法。
- 印加された前記磁場を減少させた状態で、前記フィルタを前記分散媒で洗浄し、前記フィルタの洗浄に使用した前記分散媒を回収する磁着物回収ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の蛍光体混合物の分離方法。
- 前記磁着物回収ステップによる回収液を新たな混合液として、前記設置ステップ、前記混合液回収ステップ、及び前記磁着物回収ステップを繰返すことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蛍光体混合物の分離方法。
- 前記混合液回収ステップの前に、前記混合液中に位置させた前記フィルタに前記磁場を印加した状態で、前記フィルタを振動させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の蛍光体混合物の分離方法。
- 内部に強磁性材料で形成されたフィルタが配置され、磁化率の異なる複数種類の蛍光体からなる混合物を含む混合液を収容する収容手段と、
前記フィルタが前記混合液中に位置するように、前記混合液が前記収容手段に収容された状態で、前記フィルタに磁場を印加する磁場発生手段と、
前記フィルタに磁場を印加した状態で、前記収容手段から前記混合液を排出して回収する回収手段とを備え、
前記混合液は、高分子型分散剤の水溶液に低分子型界面活性剤を添加した溶液である分散媒中に、前記混合物が分散した液体であり、
前記高分子型分散剤は、ポリカルボン酸系高分子分散剤であり、
前記低分子型界面活性剤は、ラウリン酸アミドプロピルベタイン、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム、ポリオキシアルキレン系非イオン界面活性剤、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル、多価アルコール系非イオン性界面活性剤、又は、アルキルエーテル硫酸エステルナトリウムを含有する中性洗剤であり、
前記高分子型分散剤の濃度は、0.02%〜3%であり、
前記低分子型界面活性剤の濃度は、0.004%〜0.1%であることを特徴とする蛍光体混合物の分離装置。
