Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de séparation de luminophores, le procédé comprenant : a) au moins une étape de séparation de particules provenant de dispositifs, par cyclonage en milieu aqueux ou hydrocyclonage, pour isoler des particules d'un diamètre inférieur ou égal à 20 pm, lesdits dispositifs comprenant lesdits luminophores; et b) au moins une étape de séparation des luminophores contenus dans lesdites particules isolées à l'étape précédente à l'aide d'un champ magnétique allant de 0,7 à 2 Teslas, lesdites particules étant séparées en une fraction enrichie en particules magnétiques et une fraction enrichie en particules non magnétiques.
- 2. Procédé de séparation de luminophores selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'étape b) se décompose en - une première étape de séparation magnétique à l'aide d'un premier champ magnétique allant de 1,6 à 2 Teslas, avantageusement 1,8 Tesla, lesdites particules étant séparées en une première fraction enrichie en particules magnétiques et une première fraction enrichie en particules non magnétiques, suivie - d'une seconde étape de séparation des premières fractions enrichies en particules magnétiques à l'aide d'un second champ magnétique allant de 0,7 à 1,1 Teslas, avantageusement 0,9 Tesla, lesdites particules étant séparées en une seconde fraction enrichies en particules magnétiques et une seconde fraction enrichie en particules non magnétiques.
- 3. Procédé de séparation de luminophores selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel les produits de recyclage obtenus sont soumis à une attaque chimique sélective.
- 4. Procédé de séparation de luminophores selon l'une quelconque des 30 revendications 1 à 3, comprenant une étape préliminaire précédant l'étape a) d'obtention desdites particules à partir desdits dispositifs et, le cas échéant, une étape de recyclage du mercure compris dans lesdits dispositifs.
- 5. Procédé de séparation de luminophores selon l'une quelconque des 35 revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel les luminophores sont choisis parmi les luminophores suivants BaMgA110017 : Eu2+ (BAM) , (Ce,Tb) MgA111019 (CAT), (Gd,Ce,Tb) MgB5010 (CBT), LaPO4:Ce3+, Tb3+ (LAP), Y203:Eu3+ (YOX) et (Sr,Ca)10(PO4)6(CI,F)2 : Sb3+, Mn2+(Halophosphate).
- 6. Procédé de séparation de luminophores selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les secondes fractions enrichies en particules magnétiques sont enrichies en LAP et CAT.
- 7. Procédé de séparation de luminophores selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les premières fractions enrichies en particules non magnétiques sont enrichies en YOX et halophosphates et les secondes fractions enrichies en particules non magnétiques sont enrichie en BAM.
- 8. Procédé de séparation de luminophores selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, ledit procédé comprenant en outre une étape c) permettant la séparation par flottation des luminophores contenus dans les premières et secondes fractions enrichies en particules non magnétiques
- 9. Poudre luminescente comprenant des luminophores recyclés susceptibles d'être obtenus par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
- 10. Dispositif comprenant une poudre luminescente selon la revendication 9. 10 15 20
