特許文献8の櫛型ポリマーはモノエチレン状の不飽和カルボン酸、モノエチレン状の不飽和スルホン酸および、側基の先端に位置するポリ−C2〜C3オキシアルキレングリコールモノ−C1〜C3アルキルエーテルのエステルを含む(特許文献8参照)。
基とカルボキシレート基とを担持する炭素主鎖を含む(特許文献14参照)。これらの櫛型ポリマーは、ポリアルキレンエーテルによるカルボキシレート基含有ポリマーの修飾により、そして更にエチレン状不飽和カルボン酸とのアルキルポリアルキレンエーテル基を含む適当なモノマーの共重合の双方により生成される。
オキシアルキレン基を結合させるためにエステル、アミドまたはイミドを含む先行技術のポリカルボン酸系櫛型ポリマーに対して、本発明は、粉砕の間の櫛型ポリマーの堅牢性を保持し、そしてワーカビリティと強度増強性を与えるために、炭素主鎖と、少なくとも1つのエーテル基からなる結合基をもつ側鎖のポリオキシアルケン基とを含むポリカルボン酸系櫛型ポリマーの使用を伴う。

上直径をもつ。ワーカビリティはスランプと、相互から90度で測定されたモルタルの2種の直径の平均との合計である。ワーカビリティを測定後、モルタルをモルタルボウルに戻し、15秒間混合する。次に再混合モルタルをEN 196のプリズム型中にスプーンで入れ、EN 196のプロトコールに従って振動させる。1日後の圧縮強度が測定され、対照ミックスの%として報告される。
TechnikTM自動ミキサーを使用して、ASTM C109(2005)に従ってモルタルを調製する。モルタルは0.80mmの振幅で3分間のプロトコールを用いて振動により圧縮される。3個のキューブを1日後、そして他の3個のキューブを7日後に試験する。
に示されるような、炭素主鎖と少なくとも1つのエーテル結合を有する側鎖のオキシアルキレン基とが用いられる、本発明の更なる典型的なポリカルボン酸系櫛型ポリマーが説明される。
Claims (14)
- ミルによる粉砕処理の間のセメント材料のワーカビリティと強度の保持方法であって、セメント材料の乾燥重量に対し0.002〜0.4%の量の少なくとも1種のポリカルボン酸系櫛型ポリマーを、セメント材料の粉砕前または粉砕中に内部粉砕添加剤としてセメント材料に導入する処理よりなり、該櫛型ポリマーが、下記構成単位(I)および(II):

Mは水素原子、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属のカチオン、アンモニウムまたは有機アミン基あるいはそれらの混合物を示し、

pは0〜1の整数を示し、
xは1〜4の整数を示し、
yは0を示し、
zは5〜300の数を示し、

「a」と「b」とは、ポリマー構造のモル%を示す数値で、「a」は30〜90、「b」は10〜70である]
で表される炭素主鎖と側基とを有する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - セメント材料が、ポルトランドセメント、セメントクリンカー、フライアッシュ、粒状高炉スラグ、石灰石、天然ポゾラン、またはそれらの混合物である、請求項1の方法。
- セメント材料がセメントクリンカーである、請求項2の方法。
- セメント材料が、セメントと、フライアッシュ、粒状高炉スラグ、石灰石、または天然ポゾランの少なくとも1種からなる、請求項3の方法。
- AlkOがエチレンオキシド(EO)およびプロピレンオキシド(PO)を表し、EO:POのモル%比が90:10〜100:0である、請求項1の方法。
- ポリカルボン酸系櫛型ポリマーを含む内部粉砕添加剤が固体状態である、請求項1の方法。
- 更にアミンまたはアルカノールアミンあるいはそれらの混合物を添加することからなる、請求項1の方法。
- 更に、粉砕の前、その間またはその後に、セメント材料に少なくとも1種の消泡剤を添加することからなる、請求項1の方法。
