Claims (2)
- 質量%で、C:0.020%以下、Si:2.0%以下、Mn:2.0%以下、P:0.050%以下、Ni:1.2%以下、Cr:11.0〜25.0%、Mo:0(無添加を含む)〜1.0%、N:0.020%以下、Ti:0.25%以下、Al:0.10%以下を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなるフェライト単相系ステンレス鋼を連続鋳造してスラブとし、
連続鋳造したスラブを復熱最高温度が670℃に達しないように水冷し、
水冷したスラブを常温まで空冷する
ことを特徴とするフェライト単相系ステンレス鋼スラブの製造方法。 - 連続鋳造したスラブを5分以上水冷する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフェライト単相系ステンレス鋼スラブの製造方法。
