図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る光学複合シートの断面における構造の様子を示す図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について図5を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一又は同等の構成要素については、特に説明する場合を除き、同一の参照符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。図5は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る光学複合シートの断面における構造の様子を示す図である。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について図6を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一又は同等の構成要素については、特に説明する場合を除き、同一の参照符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。図6は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る光学複合シートの断面における構造の様子を示す図である。

Claims (11)
- 第1光学層及び第2光学層と、
少なくとも前記第1光学層と前記第2光学層との間に積層され、前記第1光学層及び前記第2光学層よりも屈折率が低い低屈折率層と、
を備え、
前記低屈折率層は、平均粒子径が5nm〜300nmとなる多数の粒子と、前記粒子の表面部位同士を結合する結合樹脂と、前記粒子同士の間に形成され、内部に前記粒子の一部が露出する空隙とを含む
ことを特徴とする光学複合シート。 - 前記粒子は中空粒子である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記粒子の粒度分布範囲は、前記平均粒子径の90〜110%の範囲である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記第1光学層と前記低屈折率層との間、及び、前記第2光学層と前記低屈折率層との間の少なくとも一方に中間層を備え、
前記中間層は、前記第1光学層及び前記第2光学層よりも軟質である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記中間層は、前記結合樹脂よりも軟質である
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記粒子の前記平均粒子径が30nm〜120nmである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記低屈折率層の屈折率が1.17〜1.37である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記第1光学層及び前記第2光学層と、前記低屈折率層の比屈折率が0.69〜0.92である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記粒子の体積を(A)とし、前記空隙の体積を(B)とし、前記結合樹脂の体積を(C)とした場合の比率(A):(B):(C)は、50〜75:10〜49:1〜40である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記結合樹脂が、アクリル樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ビニルエーテル樹脂、スチレン樹脂、シリコン樹脂、およびシランカップリング剤のいずれかである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の光学複合シート。 - 前記光学複合シートの表面および/または裏面にプリズムまたはレンズが形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の光学複合シート。
