Claims (10)
- 配向されたコラーゲンゲルを作製する方法であって、
繊維形成を誘導すべく、堆積装置によって或る濃度のコラーゲンを基材上に堆積させる堆積ステップと、
前記基材上に堆積された前記コラーゲンをpH5以上の緩衝液に浸漬させる浸漬ステッ プとを含み、
前記堆積ステップ中は、前記堆積装置は、前記基材に対して或る堆積速さで移動し、前 記或る濃度のコラーゲンは、前記堆積装置から或る流量で供給され、
前記堆積速さ、及び前記流量から計算される前記或る濃度のコラーゲンの単位時間当た りの前記堆積装置からの流出長さを示す流出速さは、両方とも0より大きく、かつ、移動方向が互いに逆方向であり、
前記堆積ステップによって前記繊維形成中に前記或る濃度のコラーゲンに対してせん断力及び延伸力の両方を加えるようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記堆積速さが少なくとも100mm/秒であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記流量が少なくとも0.3mL/分であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記堆積速さの前記流出速さに対する比が、0より大きい値であり、少なくとも1、少なくとも2、少なくとも3、または少なくとも4である延伸比と定義されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記コラーゲンの濃度が、少なくとも3mg/ml、少なくとも5mg/ml、少なくとも10mg/ml、少なくとも20mg/ml、または少なくとも40mg/mlであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記浸漬ステップが、pH7以上の緩衝液下で行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記配向されたコラーゲンゲルの前記コラーゲン繊維が、67nmのD周期性を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記堆積ステップすなわち繊維形成誘導が、前記或る濃度のコラーゲンに対して磁界を加えることなく行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記堆積ステップの前に、前記基材上にコラーゲンのコーティングを形成するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記配向されたコラーゲンゲルを引っ張るかまたは伸張させるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
