Claims (5)
- エネルギーを蓄積し、トリガによってエネルギーを解放するスプリング装置であって、
間欠的、不安定または低い駆動力が入力されて運動エネルギーを生じせしめる入力機構(101)と、
入力機構(101)からの運動エネルギーを機械エネルギーとして蓄積するスプリング(103)と、
入力機構(101)からスプリング(103)への方向にのみ運動エネルギーを伝達する単方向伝動機構と、
スプリング(103)からの機械エネルギーが解放されたときに該機械エネルギーによって駆動される負荷装置(105)と、
を備え、
前記入力機構(101)とスプリング(103)との間に伝動装置(102)が設けられ、該伝動装置(102)は、スプリング(103)に蓄積されるエネルギーが低いと、速い速度でスプリング(103)に機械エネルギーを蓄積し、スプリング(103)に蓄積されるエネルギーが高くなると、遅い速度でスプリング(103)に機械エネルギーを蓄積し、
前記負荷装置(105)は、静摩擦係数値と動摩擦係数値を持つ駆動部と非駆動部とを有し、スプリング(103)に蓄積したエネルギーが設定値になると、負荷装置(105)の駆動部が静摩擦力により停止する状態から動摩擦力を受けながら駆動される状態に転じ、スプリング(103)からの力が負荷装置(105)における動摩擦力と平衡を呈するときに、負荷装置(105)の駆動部が停止することを特徴とするスプリング装置。 - 前記単方向伝動機構は、不可逆性の伝動機構であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプリング装置。
- 前記伝動装置(102)は、入力機構(101)からの運動を減速してスプリング(103)に伝達することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスプリング装置。
- 前記スプリング(103)と負荷装置(105)との間に出力伝動装置(102’)が設けられ、該出力伝動装置(102’)は、入力機構(101)からの運動を加速してスプリング(103)に伝達することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のスプリング装置。
- 前記スプリング(103)と負荷装置(105)との間に出力伝動装置(102’)が設けられ、該出力伝動装置(102’)は、入力機構(101)からの運動を減速してスプリング(103)に伝達することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のスプリング装置。
