Claims (4)
- 医療用注入器であって、
遠位端部および近位端部を有する本体と、
前記本体内に配設された移動可能なプランジャであって、少なくともひとつのラチェット歯の列を有し、各列は、前記移動可能なプランジャの全長に沿って間隔を開けて配設された、傾斜表面を遠位に、前記本体の長手方向に垂直なショルダ停止部を近位にそれぞれ備えるラチェット歯を有するプランジャと、
前記プランジャと係合するように形成された少なくとも1つのインデクサであって、該インデクサは、前記ラチェット歯と係合する1つの歯止めを備え、前記プランジャが、前記本体の前記近位端部に向かって近位にではなく、前記本体の前記遠位端部に向かって遠位に変位することを許容するように構成される、インデクサと、
前記ラチェット歯の1つと係合するように形成された1つの係合部分を有するロッカを有するアクチュエータであって、前記ロッカは、前記アクチュエータに枢動的に連結され、そして、前記本体に枢動的に連結されるアクチュエータとを備え、
前記アクチュエータは、待機状態へと移動可能であり、前記係合部分は、前記アクチュエータが前記待機状態へと変位されることに伴って、前記プランジャに対して近位に変位され、前記インデクサは、前記ショルダ停止部と前記1つの歯止めが係合することにより前記プランジャの近位の移動を防止し、それによって前記係合部分が、前記アクチュエータが前記待機状態へと変位されることに伴って、前記ラチェット歯の1つまたは複数を迂回することを許容し、かつ前記アクチュエータは、前記待機状態から変位して、前記医療用注入器を作動させることができ、前記待機状態からの前記変位は、前記係合部分の遠位の変位を生じさせ、このとき前記係合部分は、前記ラチェット歯の1つまたは複数と係合し、前記係合部分と共に前記プランジャの遠位の変位を生じさせ、
前記インデクサと前記ロッカは、ラチェット歯の同じ列に係合し、
前記ロッカは、前記アクチュエータと枢動的に連結するための第1の端部と、前記第1の端部と対向し、かつ前記本体と枢動的に連結するための第2の端部と、前記第1の端部と第2の端部とをつなぐ一対の支持部とを備える枠状のフレームであり、前記係合部分は、前記支持部上でかつ前記フレーム内における前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に位置し、
前記プランジャは、前記ロッカのフレーム内に位置し、
前記アクチュエータが待機状態に移動するとき、前記ロッカは近位方向に傾けられるように前記第2の端部を中心にして回転し、前記係合部分がプランジャの1つまたは複数のラチェット歯を迂回した後、アクチュエータを待機位置に停止させ、前記アクチュエータが前記待機状態から変位すると、前記ロッカは、前記第2の端部を中心にして前記遠位方向に前進させられ、前記ロッカとともに前記プランジャが前進されることを特徴とする、医療用注入器。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記本体に対して摺動的に移動することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用注入器。
- 少なくとも1つのキーは、前記アクチュエータまたは前記本体から延びるように形成され、チャネルは、前記アクチュエータおよび前記本体の他方内に形成され、前記キーは、前記チャネル内に摺動的に受け入れられるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療用注入器。
- 複数の投与量を表示する穴が、前記本体内に形成され、ポインタが、前記アクチュエータから延び、前記ポインタは、ある場合に前記投与量を表示する穴のうちの1つを通して見えるように構成され、前記ポインタは、前記医療用注入器内の投与量の残存する量の表示をもたらすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用注入器。
