Claims (8)
- 回転ボディ(60)に取り付けられる顎開閉手段(70)と、該顎開閉手段(70)を動かすように運動伝達する第1手段(100)と、前記回転ボディ(60)を動かすように運動伝達する第2手段(200)とを備える最小侵襲腹腔鏡手術用プライヤー(10)であって、前記第1および第2伝達手段(100,200)がそれぞれ、各テンドンが少なくとも3本のケーブル(500)により形成される構成の少なくとも1本のテンドン(300,350,400)を備えており、前記ケーブル(500)は、前記第1運動伝達手段(100)に接続される少なくとも1本のテンドン(300,350)の断面が、メインボディ(20)の内部を通るテンドンの通路に沿って、可変形状(A,B,C)を有するように配置されており、
前記プライヤー(10)が更に、テンドン(300,350)のケーブル(500)の方向を変更するモジュール群(600)を備え、各モジュール(600)は、対応するテンドンのケーブル(500)を誘導して前記テンドンの方向に回転を生じさせるように形成された延伸通路(650)を有し、
各テンドン(300,350)の前記断面形状が、各ケーブル(500)の長手軸が断面で見たときに放射状配置(A)に配置される第1配置(A)と、各テンドン(300,350)の各ケーブル(500)の長手軸が断面で見たときに第1方向に分布するように配置される第2配置(B)と、各テンドン(300,350)の各ケーブル(500)の長手軸が断面で見たときに前記第1方向とは異なる第2方向に揃うように配置される第3配置(C)とを有している、最小侵襲腹腔鏡手術用プライヤー(10)。 - 第2および第3配置(B、C)の前記第1および第2方向が、それぞれ互いに対して略90度の角度をなしている、請求項1に記載のプライヤー(10)。
- 前記顎開閉手段(70)が、第1軸(X)の周りを回転することができる、請求項1または2に記載のプライヤー(10)。
- 前記回転ボディ(60)が、第2軸(Y)の周りを回転することができる、請求項3に記載のプライヤー(10)。
