Claims (20)
- 画像誘導による処置のコンピュータ化されたシミュレーションを実行する方法であって、
医療画像データに基づいて、解剖学的組織のデジタル画像ベースのモデルであって、第1の3D多角形メッシュを含む前記デジタル画像ベースのモデルを生成する工程と、
前記医療画像データ内に含まれていない解剖学的組織を示す前記画像ベースのモデルおよび外挿されたデータに基づいて、前記医療画像データ内に含まれていない前記解剖学的組織および隣接の解剖学的領域を示す拡張モデルを生成する工程であって、前記外挿されたデータは第2の3D多角形メッシュを含む医療画像データ内に含まれていない解剖学的組織を示す工程と、
前記拡張モデルのグラフィック表示を表示する工程と、
前記拡張モデルを用いた画像誘導による処置のコンピュータ化されたシミュレーションを実行する工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記医療画像データは、患者のスキャンから受信され、前記画像ベースのモデルは、前記患者に関連する患者特異的なモデルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像ベースのモデルを生成する工程は、第1の多角形メッシュを生成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張モデルを生成する工程は、
前記第1の多角形メッシュの境界を識別する工程と、
空間的位置および形状パラメータに基づいて、一連の事前に設計された汎用の多角形メッシュから、前記境界に最良に合致させる拡張部分を示す第2の多角形メッシュを選択する工程と、
前記第1の多角形メッシュの前記境界と前記第2の多角形メッシュとを結合する工程とを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記境界を結合する工程は、
前記境界に付随する管状部分の中心線を計算する工程と、
前記第1の多角形メッシュの管状部分の中心線を、前記第2の多角形メッシュの中心線に接続する工程とを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 重複する部分に付随するデジタルデータを除去する工程と、
前記第2の多角形メッシュの半径が前記第1の多角形メッシュの半径と合致するように、前記第2の多角形メッシュを拡大縮小する工程とをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記拡張モデルを生成する工程は、
前記画像ベースのモデルの境界を識別する工程と、
前記境界における属性を識別する工程と、
前記画像ベースのモデルの拡張として、前記属性の1つ以上に基づいて、自動生成されたモデルを生成する工程であって、前記拡張モデルは、前記画像ベースのモデルと前記自動生成されたモデルとの両方を含む、工程と、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記境界における属性を識別する工程は、前記境界における半径についての値を求める工程および前記境界に付随した部分の中心線を規定する工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記拡張モデルを生成する工程は、
第1のフォーマットにおいて示される前記画像ベースのモデルの境界を識別する工程と、
前記境界における属性を識別する工程と、
事前に規定されたモデルを、前記拡張モデルとなるように選択する工程であって、前記事前に規定されたモデルは、前記第1のフォーマットとは異なる第2のフォーマットにおいて示される、工程と、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記モデルの第2のフォーマットを前記第1のフォーマットに変換する工程をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記画像ベースのモデルを生成する工程は、
前記医療画像データをセグメント化する工程と、
前記解剖学的組織の所望の体積を示す前記画像データの一部を識別する工程と、
前記所望の体積の境界表示を生成する工程と、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記医療画像データは、CTまたはMRIスキャナから受信される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記解剖学的組織は、血管である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 画像誘導による処置をシミュレーションするためのシステムであって、
受信された医療画像データに基づいて、解剖学的組織のデジタル画像ベースのモデルであって、第1の3D多角形メッシュを含む前記デジタル画像ベースのモデルを生成し、かつ、前記医療画像データ内に含まれていない解剖学的組織を示す前記画像ベースのモデルおよび外挿されたデータに基づいて、前記医療画像データ内に含まれていない前記解剖学的組織および隣接の解剖学的領域を示す拡張モデルを生成するためのモデル生成ユニットと、
前記拡張モデルのグラフィック表示を表示し、かつ前記拡張モデルを用いて、画像誘導による処置のコンピュータ化されたシミュレーションを実行するための、シミュレーションユニットとを備え、
前記外挿されたデータは、第2の3D多角形メッシュを含む医療画像データ内に含まれていない解剖学的組織を示す
システム。 - 前記医療画像データは、患者のスキャンから受信され、前記画像ベースのモデルは、前記患者に関連する患者特異的なモデルである、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 内部に保存された命令を有するコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、計算デバイスによって実行されたとき、前記命令は以下:
医療画像データに基づいて、解剖学的組織のデジタル画像ベースのモデルであって、第1の3D多角形メッシュを含む前記デジタル画像ベースのモデルを生成すること;
前記医療画像データ内に含まれていない解剖学的組織を示す前記画像ベースのモデルおよび外挿されたデータに基づいて、前記医療画像データ内に含まれていない前記解剖学的組織および隣接の解剖学的領域を示す拡張モデルを生成し、前記外挿されたデータは第2の3D多角形メッシュを含む医療画像データ内に含まれていない解剖学的組織を示すこと;
前記拡張モデルのグラフィック表示を表示すること;
前記拡張モデルを用いた画像誘導による処置のコンピュータ化されたシミュレーションを実行することを行う、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記画像ベースのモデルは第1の多角形メッシュであり、前記拡張モデルを生成する前記命令は、前記計算デバイスによって実行されたとき、さらに以下:
前記第1の多角形メッシュの境界を識別すること;
空間的位置および形状パラメータに基づいて、一連の事前に設計された汎用の多角形メッシュから、前記境界に最良に合致させる拡張部分を示す第2の多角形メッシュを選択すること;
前記第1の多角形メッシュの前記境界と前記第2の多角形メッシュとを結合することを行う命令を含む、請求項16に記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記境界を組み合わせる前記命令は、前記計算デバイスによって実行されたとき、さらに以下:
前記境界に付随する管状部分の中心線を計算すること;
前記第1の多角形メッシュの管状部分の中心線を、前記第2の多角形メッシュの中心線に接続することを行う命令を含む、請求項17に記載のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。 - 前記計算デバイスによって実行されたとき、前記命令はさらに以下:
重複する部分に付随するデジタルデータを除去すること;
