Claims (5)
- 交流電源とインバータとの間に接続される電源回生コンバータを備えた射出成形機であって、
交流電力と直流電力とを双方向に変換する電力変換部と、
前記インバータと前記電力変換部との間にあるコンデンサの直流電圧を検出する直流電圧検出部と、
前記直流電圧検出部が検出した直流電圧と該直流電圧の時間的な変動とに基づいて生成する制御信号を前記電力変換部に対して出力し、前記交流電源と前記電力変換部との間を流れる交流電流を制御する交流電流制御部と、を備え、
前記インバータから前記コンデンサへの回生が終了した時点で前記コンデンサに所定の電力を残すように、前記コンデンサに回生される電力が前記交流電源に流れる交流電流の許容最大値に対応する電力以上となった場合に、前記電力変換部から前記交流電源に流れる交流電流を許容最大値とし、前記コンデンサに回生される電力と前記電力変換部から前記交流電源に回生される電力との差に相当する電力を前記コンデンサに蓄える、
射出成形機。 - 前記交流電流制御部は、前記直流電圧が回生開始電圧以上の場合に、前記直流電圧の増分を打ち消すための制御信号を前記電力変換部に対して出力する、
請求項1に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記制御信号は、前記直流電圧が所定値以上の場合、前記直流電圧の変動にかかわらず、前記交流電源から前記電力変換部への交流電流の流れを禁止するように出力される、
請求項1に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記制御信号は、前記インバータから前記コンデンサへの電力の回生が終了した時に前記直流電圧が前記コンデンサの許容最大電圧に対して所定の比率を示す値となるように出力される、
請求項1に記載の射出成形機。 - 交流電源とインバータとの間に接続される電源回生コンバータであって、
交流電力と直流電力とを双方向に変換する電力変換部と、
前記インバータと前記電力変換部との間にあるコンデンサの直流電圧を検出する直流電圧検出部と、
前記直流電圧検出部が検出した直流電圧と該直流電圧の時間的な変動とに基づいて生成する制御信号を前記電力変換部に対して出力し、前記交流電源と前記電力変換部との間を流れる交流電流を制御する交流電流制御と、備え、
前記インバータから前記コンデンサへの回生が終了した時点で前記コンデンサに所定の電力を残すように、前記コンデンサに回生される電力が前記交流電源に流れる交流電流の許容最大値に対応する電力以上となった場合に、前記電力変換部から前記交流電源に流れる交流電流を許容最大値とし、前記コンデンサに回生される電力と前記電力変換部から前記交流電源に回生される電力との差に相当する電力を前記コンデンサに蓄える、
